there are only three floors had been remodeled to the new interior, hope other floor will be stunning new as the floor we stayed in.

The hotel is good value for money and to get a sauna and jacuzzi at this price point was not expected. The breakfast is also done very well and there sample off choice and variaty. The property is somewhat dated and while the Spa is well maintained, the rooms are due for an update. The hotal also promotes that it has a bar but that closes at 7pm so I would market it as a coffee shop.

Staff is excellent. They speak English. There are older rooms and newly renovated ones. The newly renovated one are awesome.

Just before we arrived we got a message, that many things aren't provided anymore - starting from the date of our arrival. There was no excuse or explanation in this message, so it seemed not very friendly. This was a real bad first expression and a real unprofessional way to tell... Despite of that the hotel was really ok, but after the arrival of that email I thought about cancelling the trip... I really don't know what kind of marketing strategy this hotel follows by sending such emails...

I booked this at short notice for just a few hours of late night usage at the weekend. The price was reasonable, the check in and out was easy. Room was clean, staff were helpful and there was nothing unexpected to interrupt a short break. Price was also reasonable for a last minute booking. Nothing comes to mind for the usage intended on this visit.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. As the location is a little out of town they directed us to local eating places that did not disappoint. it was difficult to find a taxi to get back to our hotel. Some taxisa did not seem to want to take us.
