No toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste) in the rooms. You have to order and pay for them, NT$10 per set.

The play ground is big and comfortable. Facilities are clean. Yummy breakfast with many choices. Room is a little small and hopefully there will be en-suite type.

The family room size is very good, and the hotel is very clean and modern. Our kids really enjoyed playing in the kids area. Buffet was good with lots of different cuisine options. Having laundry (coin operated) was very helpful. It was a little surprising that the kids play area was an additional cost (the cost is reasonable, I think NTD 350? for the two nights that we stayed). For the laundry machine, my Chinese reading is not good enough to know what all of the options are.

Very clean and modern. The best part should be the buffet brunch from 7am to 1pm. It’s the largest one that I have ever had. Very spacious dining area and kids area included. Very suitable for families. There is no hooks and not enough storage space inside the hotel room.

Star-rated hotels do not offer the same services as high prices, but the quilts are dirty but only change the quilt cover without apologizing! Check-out after 11:00 is not due to the tenant's physical discomfort, and there is no additional fee for extension! This really does not correspond to the five-star service. When you leave, ask the counter staff to inform the supervisor, but no supervisor calls to explain! Really poor service！
