The rooms were really clean and the breakfast was outstanding

Loved the location, it was in the perfect spot and the room was quite large for three people! The cleaning could have been better. The bathroom was honestly disgusting and had hair all over it. I wish the beds were softer, too.

Breakfast offering has a variety of eastern and western foods. Staff was willing to let us change rooms when we felt uncomfortable in the one(s) we were first given. Despite some uncleanliness, feels like good value for money because of the completeness of the offering. Location is great too, at walking distance from public transit and various attractions. Had to move rooms two times. First one smelled like it had been smoked inside of (despite ordering a non-smoking room), second one had mold on some of the walls. The final room also had some mold on the ceiling but at least the air quality seemed acceptable.

The parking lot is very good but in the basement parking smell soooooooooo terrible. Smells urine anywhere.

The interior of the room is not as good as I expected. The power area has no mirrors instead they put the mirror on the coffee area, no tissue available on the bedside table,no, head bed socket for charging. They don't do house keeping when you leave for the day. The toelet has no bade The stuff were not so approachable and they speak fast. So when foreign would check on they might not understand what they have told..

the lift is terrible slow ( waited for 25mins, at least) when there's 2 lifts take turn to use during peak hour ( check out time)

Deluxe double room. Arriving at 4PM, no one was around. Coffee machine in the lobby. Waited 30 min to get our  room. Very simple, basic room but looks clean. Not deluxe.,.. WiFi , shower work well. Bed ok. Very quiet night. OK overall stay. Helpful front desk staff. Few ac outlets. No bidet, no night light. Breakfast is a mix of Chinese and western dishes, nothing warm. You won't leave hungry. Breakfast needs to be better, can be noisy at times

The room was spacious. Nice big window and good lighting. It offers breakfast and drink bars. Although it is not close enough to major attractions but still a good location.

The breakfast was more catered to Asian style, with porridge and pork floss etc. The laundry room at 1st floor with 2 washing machines and 3 dryers were a bonus. Parking has 2 levels, B1 and B2 with car lift. The aircon was weak, hence the room feels warm at times. The temperature was selected to 20 degrees, but it stayed at 24.

Breakfast was good value. Old smell throughout property and room. Room felt dark Peeling wallpaper. Should remove the non-functional reverse osmosis faucet in bathroom.

Very nice and quiet room, kind personnel, great location. We can also wash our clothes for free.

I loved the atmosphere and the ambience of this hotel. The food was great. Facilities were great and it is very easy to find the hotel. You’re are living in a safe, secure and comfortable hotel! I will surely stay in this hotel again and I hope this time I can park within the accessible elevator without climbing a floor due to my knees injury before. I didn’t like when we still have to climb up to B1 to get into the elevator!

The great thing is that you can consume as much coffee, ice cream, and a few other drinks as you want. The great thing is that you can consume as much coffee, ice cream, and a few other drinks as you want. However, the coffee is really poor quality, the drinks are overly watered down, and I really didn't like the breakfast. It could be much better.

Location is good. It has a convenient store across the street, and good dine in and takeout restaurants a few steps from the property. They have steam iron that you can use so you don’t need to worry about wearing wrinkled suits or clothes especially when you’re in a business trip. Bathtub has no handle to grab on
