Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of foods and fresh. The room was large and relaxing, but needs a bit of attention (water in tub continued dripping through the night!) All the instructions and information for the karaoke was a large book in mandarin… too many pages to translate individually. Maybe generate an English version for all items in the room.

Location, jacuzzi in the room. Girls at the reception can't speak english. I had issues to communicate. Only one girl knew how to talk in English (she was polite and willing to help). There is no fitness center or SPA centre (but on booking.com stated that fitness center and SPA available, so property lying. By the way my criteria's of choosing hot was fitness center and SPA ). At "fitness center" there was only thread mil, skiing device which is maybe 20 years old.... some gaming slots, no room to excises... I asked to prepare a breakfast box to take out, cause I was leaving before breakfast time. And property told that it is not possible....Disappointing... Self laundry service: dryer was not working, I had to dry my clothes in my room, which is not acceptable. Music in the corridors was too loud and playing until roughly 2300, couldn't sleep normally. Room was smelly (I don't know why, maybe that somebody smoked before). Overall not worth money I payed. Not recommend at all. This hotel have to improve facilities and their staff capabilities to speak in English. Last time for me in this hotel 100%

Worth your every cent ! Good amenities very clean and comfortable ! Only didn’t like , the bathtub jacuzzi function when you turn on the bubbles it was to be turn on with the disco lights other than that , it was comfortable and spacious

I liked the KTV,excellent sound system.The design of the room is nice,big thumbs up on it. During at night ,the pool is so dark,no scenic view because no lights each corner of the pool.

Location is central and convenient for Local Stores. Bed was super comfortable and amenities provided were excellent. Great to have a large bathroom with shower and spa bath. Breakfast was included but I didn't go as I have to leave early in the morning for work. Overall a very pleasant stay. I know the Wifi was Free but in the room it dropped out often on some days. Otherwise it was fast and easy to connect.

The room was big The gym is not a gym, they should not declare they have a gym. The breakfast has a strictly oriental taste.

Massage chair, football pools, outdoor garden with sands for kids, gaming machine for kids, free laundry and detergent provided, thoughtful to provide free supper too Rooms and bedsheet quite old

place the pool is not ok all of us felt uncomfortable with our eyes maybe because of the chlorine.. some of us cannot open their eyes after swimming..all of us got teary eyed. and the hair blower did not work..
