The bed mattress was not great! If someone is moving in the bed the other person will wake up! ;-)

Room is spacious and the bed is super comfy. Staff is also approachable and helpful. And there’s parking lot for guests who drive which is a big bonus! Nothing much. There’s a little distance from the city but it’s still convenient and the area is pretty quiet.

Huge window with lovely view. Large room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. Water dispenser in corridor a godsend. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous - even when they were clealy very busy. Bus service outside the hotel door. The breakfast could have been more vegetarian friendly, especially as it cost around £10. There really wasn't a great deal of choice if you don't eat meat (and pork, in particular).

The rooms was great, the bedding super comfortable. Spacious and well designed. When you reach the hotel you had to pay the room rate plus an additional deposit that ended up being more than double the room rate, rate held on your credit card. its the first hotel I stayed in Taiwan that does that.

the rooms was awesome, bathroom everything was very modern. I really enjoy my stay. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. I recommended my coworkers to stay there as it was a very nice experience. well maybe restaurant hours. I don't know. Maybe a laundry, I actually did not check if you have one, but it you don't adding one will be a super plus.

The breakfast selection was tasty and excellent. Staff was also extremely courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Very cozy overall, would stay again. It would be good if there was more shelf/drawer storage for personal effects if you are a long-term guest. Also, if there was a desk for business travelers that would be excellent as well.
