Overall just ok All the detail failed, bathroom was mouldy, and corners in the room were dusty. Staff online were not very helpful, all answer were cut and paste from the website. Zero interaction

simply the location was ok, near several bars and restaurant. the check in method was too... difficult. The mattress was too hard. Suiting the asian clientel probably... Not for me

They have basic facilities. They only have 1 machine to get the drinking hot water, but it is not link to the water pipe, if the water tank is empty, we need to manual fill up the water. And it will take very long to heat up the water. Bad experience.

Location. The was a very bright light outside the window and the curtains did not do much to keep it out. The mattress was terrible. The drains did not smell good.

The location was good. The staff works entirely social distanced; most of my interactions were done over LINE. I recommend contacting their LINE earlier for English service. The place does not write its name outdoors. I had to verify the address by street number. Also, their LINE QR code was not obvious. I ended up finding it from booking.com . The wifi here is slow. And there seemed to be no cable television, which seemed to be a disappointment

It was very stylish and cosy The windows weren't soundproof, so it's quite noisy. The bathroom is in a bad condition compared to the bedroom's quality

The room is how it looks like, no bad surprise when entering! The full digitalisation aspect can be an issue sometimes. Luckily I saw some cleaning staff and they were very helpful!

Location very close to MTR station. I went to London some years ago and I am sure I found Baker St with Holmes and Watson a lot easier. Like most properties stairs stairs and more stairs. I did appreciate that larger room but with no elevator almost impossible if you are not young and able. Stairs stairs and more stairs
