The room is clean and beds are very comfortable, staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. We will stay in this hotel in the future.

Perfectly situated for us as my daughter’s apartment was a 5 minute walk away. There was one older male receptionist who worked in the evenings who was very unpleasant. Very unattentive and unfriendly. It took him a very long time to check us in. Luckily, the younger male receptionist made great effort to make sure we were well looked after. All female receptionists very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was very disappointing so we only took coffee.

Relatively new, quiet room, and located close to night markets and beautiful Tainan Park. I felt that staff members are shy and not forthcoming.

The location is too far from the main Tainan area. And although the beds are wide, they are too short vertically. Feet easily hang over the edge.
