Taitung Spring B&B

We liked the spacious and minimal rooms. Plenty of space to open two big suitcases. There is no elevator in the building. You have to drag your own heavy suitcases up the stairs. Hotel stated my credit card was declined. Later on they stated they do not accept American Express, which they did state as accepted in their listing.

The property looked brand new. Japanese style mattresses on an elevated platform suited our family wonderfully. Free parking was good and location was close to a host of restaurants and eateries. No lift makes it unsuitable for some people.

Room window connected to very narrow alley so room was relatively dark and felt like it was lacking airflow a bit.

Location, room And facilities were great . Staff were good. No staff were on in the morning and I couldn’t get a taxi . Finally had to walk to Main Street , hail a cab and bring them back to get luggage !

Great bath product, great location and provide free water coffee, bicycle to ride and umbrellas. No lift, we live on top floor 4F

The receptionist girl in the evening is very helpful. Suggesting places to visit and made us feel welcome.

Good location, big room with nice balcony Smoke smell in the room all evening drifting up from somewhere else. Sparse furniture and cracks and damage on the walls, staff not so friendly.

The rooms are super spacious and well soundproofed, the location is pretty convenient, love that there are bikes provided for the guests if they wanna bike around the town. It was unfortunate that the previous guest smoked inside the room so there was a very heavy smoky smell when we checked in even though the staff was handling it, it was still too smoky when we entered the room so we had to wait for a while. The cleaning lady probably didn’t notice there was lots of tiny dead bugs under the glass on the tv stand and the entrance dresser, I had to have the front desk staff clean it for me. We also stayed during lunar new year which the price had gone up way too much, would recommend if you’re visiting during non-holiday days!

Everything was perfect, the only free early check-in of my trip. Very big and comfy room, cute common areas and very helpful welcome desk with free bike rental. The room on ground floor has a big window facing a blind shaft. The only view is the high fence separating the property from the builing nearby
