Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Not enough info before check in. A lot of construction just around the hotel, closed streets, constructions site. For a fist time in Taiyuan the communication should have been more clear about how to get to the hotel and the present situation regarding the surroundings. By taxi you should be fine..

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was in a great location off the main street. There was a good assortment of food for breakfast. The room was big and very clean. There was nothing with this hotel that I didn't like.

Good location next to restaurants. Staff very helpful providing advice on places to visit. Been woken up at 4am with early morning call. Call was to wrong room.

good breakfast, very nice to see the AI technology being used in the hotel for food and water delivery. the laundry is free, which is an added value. the staff is so helpful and friendly. the booking site said the wifi is not available, but there is wifi, and the wifi is quite good. loved it. close to the subway station.
