Everything was just perfect but the onsen on the 9th floor was the jewel in the crown. If you go around 3 pm you have the whole bath installation (also outside) for you alone. You can check on the screen in your room if it will be crowded or not. Nothing

Great central location not far from the train station and also central Takayama - no need for a taxi or transport. Great selection of restaurants close. by for easy access. Staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely hard to lay on but overall room was very neat and tidy.

Nice Onsen with Outdoor section, Staff was very helpful and also helped us send our luggages to our next hotel (they even called the next hotel beforehand)

The room is nice and not cramped. There is only a heater, so if you want to open the window, you need to inform the front desk—they will provide a tool to unlock it.

Staff is friendly and able to give you reccomendation for what to eat around the hotel. They have 7-11 next to the hotel. The room is outdated, very old building. You can find the room a bit tiny and not that clean if you look carefully.

I liked the location of the property. The Onsen was a bit small but it was not crowded when I visited so it was fine. It was very dated and not very clean. Our sheets and bedding had at least 8 hairs that were not from us, the chair in the room was very stained as well as the carpets. It was very disappointing.
