Quality Inn Takoma Park

The phone do not work in the room. Very Old stuff. Very hard to reach front desk by phone. Nobody answers. Staff at front desk not so friendly not so helfull. The only friendly people are the housekeepers.

It was okay

I liked the fact that the location is right next to the highway and easy to get to and from my business functions. Not brand specific, but there were flies in the room that kept landing on my bedding, and bathtub. Also, there was makeup stains on one of the pillows.

Use that expectation, and it's a good deal!

I’ve been here many times whenever I travel to Maryland. Rooms are well maintained and sheets and bedding as well. Amenities are provided already and useful in case I forgot something to bring. Breakfast options are the usual, I go for the waffles and oatmeal though an ihop is right there too. Definitely worth the stay

Well, Expedia advertised the property as $78 per night. When I checked-out it was $125 per night. A bit of false advertising here

I stayed for 4 days since arrived til left the room no towels change no trash out ? Breakfast is 6 to 9am except waffle and cereal for kids the don’t have nothing even no toast

Inexpensive place to stay. We

Rooms always be welcomed to relax and ammidaties just perfect for accommodation. Staff very courteous and professional. Don't usually use pools. Parking accommodating.

No comment and not much to say

Never seemed to happen for our rooms. Not once was the trash cans emptied at a bare minimum, the toilet seat was loose and when I told them and they claimed to “fix” it they didn’t really fix it. The breakfast offered was underwhelming almost depressing and breakfast hours too short. I had to extend our stay by an extra day to due some unknown booking error that would have booted us out a day earlier than our return transportation home from the trip. In doing so had to pay a 2nd $50 security deposit and so far only received 1 of the $50 temp refundable security deposits back. Those issues aside The location is 5 out of 5 in relation to transit and restaurants. The hotel definitely has tremendous potential if they can just step up their game in the above categories.

The location is another major advantage. There is an IHOP just steps from the hotel, additional shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance, and public transportation is conveniently nearby. As an added bonus, the sunset views from the front entrance can be spectacular on a clear evening. After staying in a variety of hotels during my travels, I genuinely believe this is one of the best values I have found. It provided exactly what I needed: a clean, peaceful place to rest and recover. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable hotel in the area. 147

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Quality Inn. It's hard to believe this property is part of the Quality Inn brand. The toilet and shower leaked throughout our stay. Although maintenance attempted to fix them.

Nice room, area was not safe

I liked the clerk at the front desk. Very cordial and she asked me if my car locks. I replied yes. She said to make sure I lock it. So very thankful for the heads up.. This let me know it wasn't a good area. Throughout the night I did see police circling around the building as well as the next morning. As soon as I walked through my room door it had a VERY strong odor of weed. It had dirt spots on the floor. The only area visibly clean was the bathroom. They only had 1 wash cloth , 2 towels, 2 hand towels , and a floor towel.in the room. Mind you ,my husband and I both stayed the night.
