Great Nothing

I loved the overnight maintenance staff. The male that picks up the phone for night problems was very kind and quick. He stayed overnight in room 303 I believe I hated the cleaning lady that comes every Monday. Very rude and doesn’t say anything when knocking on the door. The women was standoffish and went back to the front office lying that she wasn’t allowed in to perform chores when an option was given to me and my partner. This same lady one Monday came in without our permission while my spouse was the only one there sleeping.she unlocked the room door while my spouse was naked trying to get to the door. Then when she was told to get out to allow him time to get to the door when she didn’t even present herself properly, she left the door wide open . He had to tell her to close it so he could get dressed. When approached about it she didn’t have any remorse and she did the same thing to another room a few doors down. She was very rude and looked dumb founded when asked to give people a moment to answer that may be sleeping. We was harassed after by the women that works in the front office. Lady with a Short bob that works in the front had to come with another worker to check safety features she said because I didn’t allow the cleaning lady in, when the cleaning lady actually offered us a choice. They stormed in and threatened to nonrenew. We was very uncomfortable with this stay. If we’re ok with cleaning our bath filth ourselves I don’t think we should’ve been harassed. Especially when given the option. I guess the cleaning lady was supposed to knock three times and she didn’t, she was supposed to present herself as the cleaning lady when knocking and she didn’t, she asked to clean the air filter when we said it was ok, she went back to the office and said we didn’t allow her in. “She asked” we thought we had a choice. Two seperate occasions having issues with the morning maintenance lady.

They locked me out of my room for an entire night due to a front desk error but still kept my deposit! Anything. Room with musty and smell like cigarettes plumbing was bad didn't work room service complained because my room was too messy but I'm the guest.

Good for the price

Not a very clean place definitely despite a no smoking ban the room next to mine was smoking weed every night when I complained and asked to be moved I was denied also I did not like the limited hours the office was open. Even on a budget this property was overpriced perfect place for criminals to hang out at

Truthfully it served its purpose but it’s a ghetto extended stay not that clean I’m serious when I say not clean, does have bugs,has a smell that lingers, I don’t think the mattress is a real mattress, the pull out couch is not a pull out couch it’s just a cheap thin couch you can lay flat. they are pushing that it’s renovated but it’s really not. Lots of drug usage on property you will smell it at all times and it’s bums of all races all around. LOTS OF DRUG USAGE. Everything but it served the purpose I needed it for.

Clean room

The rooms were clean, location was ideal. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping malls. Only issue was there were no dishes, however it was stated before hand. Overall a great, safe and affordable place to stay.
