Cons: bathroom ceiling was coated in mold, room smelt of burnt plastic, TV had weird banner that wouldn't stay off, no coffee maker or any dishes/pots/pans

La verdad muy descepconada el piso muy sicio de el cuarto si el piso estaba así no me imaginaba la cama el olor no me gustaba cuando llegamos todo estaba cerrado para hacer el check-in después de hablar fuerte fue que subieron una cortina para atender

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! They present in the ad as a great hotel, when in fact, they are an extended stay hotel. They claim to have tea and coffee in all common areas, BUT THEY DON'T. And, according to staff, they have NOT provided this for over a year. They show pictures of the kitchenette, but do NOT tell you that there are no utensils or dishes of any kind! I couldn't even put a cup in the microwave to make a cup of coffee because there were no cups! This business should be deleted for lying in their advertising!!!!!!

*very quiet *was clean *parking was very far from the hotel * Lack of 24 hr customer service presence at front desk . *the personal at the front desk was not courteous at all. *In case of an emergency the guess would have to call for assistance off properly. * the emergency feed was very slow. * Additionally, during my safe there was smoke coming from one of the rooms triggering off fire alarm and because the front desk was not available, a guess had to call the phone # posted at the desk to let them know what was happening. The response team was very slow. The evacuation was slow which could of cause injuries or death if the situation had gotten out of control. This was a great concern for me.

Bad experience, there's neither toilet paper nor towels, it's a shame. When I went to complain they only gave me one towel. nothing good

The property was awful. No help , front desk no helpful.

What is missing is coffee in the rooms. Personally, that is a must for me. Staff were helpful and smiling. You don’t see that very often any more.

There was no breakfast. The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location. I was originally placed on the 3rd floor and it smelled so bad of weed. Even though I specifically requested a non smoking room. I asked to be moved and only then they placed me in a little newly renovated room. The 4th floor had slight smell of weed but not as stink and pungent as the 3rd floor. There is a mat in the elevator and it is always dirty. The 1st floor looks very worn and smells moldy and of weed all the time. I requested an iron and an ironing board which I was told I would have to come and get at the reception. Not very good service at all. I felt I had to beg for extra towels and toiletries. The sheets on the bed looked so worn and dingy. The blanket had cigarette burns. The pillows looked like it has been there since the hotel was originally built.

Good place for low rate no deposit.
