Olivia at the front desk was knowledgeable and kind. She was able to give us a downstairs room. She walked us through each step of the check in process as well as telling us about the 15% discount at the two restaurants close to the hotel. 🙂

I've traveled a lot in the past year and I've got to say that this is the cleanest and best hotel I've stayed in. The staff was helpful and very friendly, the breakfast options were great and I will definitely come back to stay here. The stadium is right next door.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking lot had abundant parking spaces, and the pool area was pretty nice. The room however could use some updates. The room was very humid and everything felt damp. The pullout sofa had several rips in the material and stains present on the carpet. They identified the room as a king suit with a kitchenette, but there was no separation between the pullout couch and the bed. The “Kitchenette” consisted of a mini fridge and microwave, which is standard in most hotels.

The staff was fantastic, room was comfy and cool. The distance to RJ stadium can not be beat, it was walking distance to a convenient store and a couple restaurants.

We were delayed in Tampa Florida and it was close to the airport, but the bathroom was definitely outdated and bathtub was dirty. The bed was hard and just overall an outdated hotel but the staff was excellent and it’s good for just one night if stranded.

Overall, a nice clean hotel to stay at.

When I went in the young lady at the desk had an attitude(what, huh,) no good customer service , no knowledge of the system. Ask her to return my damaged fee because I wasn’t staying there she told me she couldn’t, Just was a bad experience for me. Then I had to drive around Tampa and look for a hotel room( remind you I am from Georgia). This is far the worst experience ever

Constant noise from in room a/c unit. Did not use shower, breakfast bar or amenities. Carpets really Gross in halls on floor 2. Hallway smelled like poo

The location is awesome, everything is about a mile in either direction and you can see the stadium from the street. I had to get my door key re-keyed twice. Very friendly staff, just need some minor upgrades...carpeting and mattresses, did I mention the bed was hard.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Amenities were great. Clean pool and hot tub area. I’d definitely stay here again when traveling to Tampa.

Great location to both Raymond Jams and minor league baseball team stadiums. Would maybe book again for how close it was. The Room was 5 out of 10. Room was beaten up, shower wasn’t working right. Not a fancy hotel, little rough.
