When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. The facility had a strong odor and appeared dirty looking . We waited for at least 15 minutes for someone to arrive. After concerns regarding safety, I canceled the reservations and left the premises. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. The reception area had a bad odor and was dirty looking with random people walking in and out of the building, I was beginning to worry for my safety. After waiting more than 15 minutes for someone to come and check us in I canceled my reservation and left the premises.

Awful bed and the air conditioner never got the room to a good temp.

The room was clean. ID scan at registration. I'm not sure we trust your security to have an ID on file.

I checked in after 11pm which was a process to get my room key since the front desk was closed down. Once getting to my room it smelled so strongly of a chemical odor I couldn’t sleep and it gave me a migraine. I even opened the windows and ran the air conditioner on high, but that did not help. I contemplated going to my car several times to sleep during the night and ended up checking out early. The hotel looks nice from the outside but apparently you get what you pay for.. I wasn’t offered any kind of compensation. Do NOT recommend to stay here.

1. This property is short staffed and poorly run. 2. It’s filthy to the point that one night the foyer smelled of urine. They had a room for vending and laundry that was also filthy. 3. I had a family medical emergency and had originally been told twice that I could check out early without penalty then had to argue when the manager said no. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund for my unused nights from Expedia. 4. I felt so unsafe as a woman sleeping alone at night that I slept with a chair and my suitcase blocking the door. 5. Our room was clean enough to stay three nights because everything was sold out due to the BTS concert but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! 6. One night we even had handwritten notes slipped under our door from strangers promoting their personal YouTube channel! 7. The “breakfast” consists of small muffins and granola bars with no supervision so children and guests would grab handfuls not leaving enough for others. 8. The property is walking distance from shopping— one plus.

Good value, facilities and location. Clean room. Animals are allowed so.there was a dog barking at times

The location The property was dirty and smelly. The room was also dirty and with a weird smell , there was not even a hair dryer in the room , there was not an ice machine in the whole property. These are basic amenities you can find at any hotel except on this one .
