Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore

This was a brief stay for a concert at Raymond James. Everything was nice at the hotel, the shuttle is helpful. Restaurant was not open - only complaint. Good experience overall.

Upon c/i I was told to scan a code for parking which I did , and by my surprise there was a ticket on my car for a violation of parking. I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and she gave off the attitude of I don’t care and handed me an email for the parking company to handle the mishap. If this company is a representative of your hotel … SAD

The hotel was nice. The room was very clean. Bedding was so comfortable. The only complaint I had was the elevators were sometimes not working correctly and the stairwells were dirty. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The lobby was very pretty and loved the relaxing atmosphere there with the waterfall

Room and general property was not very clean. F&B service was horrible.

Airport shuttle starts too late for 7:00 flights. Uncool.

The room was clean, a little underwhelming as far as decor compared to the rest of the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating for my early check in and extended stay. The restaurant was convenient although I wouldn’t recommend it for an evening dinner or tasty breakfast. Good for just picking up a quick lunch/snack. Standard hotel quality. I loved all the plants and relaxing sounds of the water. I would recommend for a short stay!

The breakfast buffet was just ok. The staff was excellent. The only issue for me was parking — the closer spaces were for electric cars Outside of that I would stay again.

Room was great. Having to pay for parking to a third party when the hotel own the parking lot is a complete rip off. And then they charged my account a week after I stayed.

Spotless Cleanliness: The entire property is exceptionally well-maintained. Our room was absolutely pristine, fresh, and sparkling clean throughout our entire stay. Can’t access my room key before checking out time.Overall it was ok!

Room was very clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint would be the noise from Interstate 275 all throughout the night.

The floor kept getting moist from A/C: carpet and laminate flooring! Not a bad stay, the room was clean and I did not try food on-site. Should also notify everyone that comes also that there will be parking fees. I was very unaware of this because I had 2 vehicles there and had to pay over $80 for 2 nights, which is ridiculous to me. If I had known I would not have chosen this site.

Rooms were very humid. My pillow smelled like mildew.

Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel is good. It appears to have previously been and Embassy Suites by the design of the hotel space and looks like the carpeting in the rooms is the original and needs to either have a deep cleaning or be replaced. Multiple places on the carpet in my room were stained/soiled, but in general the room was fine and otherwise very clean. For flying out of Tampa International Airport, it is extremely convenient. It is only a five minute trip from hotel to airport. Hotel staff are amazing, friendly, and polite. I have an issue with the tv in my bedroom area and someone from engineering came up within just a few minutes and took care of the issue.

The hotel, very nice and the stuff very kind.

The restaurant is expensive and slow. The TV in our room made a loud hissing noise. The shower leaked and the fan for the HVAC was very loud. The staff were pleasant though.
