Friendly staff and great location. The room was clean The bed was a little bit hard and the pillows were insufficient.

it was so convenient. not only was there a shuttle to and from airport but they also had one to the mall and back. breakfast for free in the morning. accessible computer with printer to print necessary documentation such as luggage tags for our bags for our cruise. pool was great and relaxing. offered two free bottles of water and check in was easy and even let us check in for free early. staff was helpful kid and great. parking was free and there was enough space. great accessible place.

Staff were amazing from start to finish, special mention to Receptionist Isabelle and Driver Pat who were kind and could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. The Airport is a short 5 min drive with the shuttle available both ways 24hrs this service will also take you to local malls and eateries on request at no additional charge. A petrol station around the corner 1 min drive for those with rental cars needing to fill up before being returned. The Rooms were spacious and the beds super comfy (wanted to take the mattress home) also very clean with lots of towels and if you wanted more just ask. The Pool a good size and very refreshing in the heat of the Florida Sun (No shaded areas so sun lotion up) Reception and staff 5 Star, free water pack on arrival and a cookie plus sweet snacks for the kids all FREE Onsite Parking Plenty and FREE FREE Buffet Breakfast had hot and cold Food & Drink would have liked little more variety on the hot foot (Just two choices each morning) but overall for the cost of the stay good value for money. As a family with a small child this hotel was PERFECT for all our requirements and will now become our airport base when we decide to book future holidays to the Florida/Tampa area. Thank You

Great location to the airport and they didn’t charge us to check in early when our disembarkation finished earlier than expected! Great pool, breakfast, amenities, airport shuttle was prompt and driver was a pleasure to talk to. Barn door style bathroom door

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very close to airport. Best breakfast choice so far. Free parking. A/C very loud. Double bed too small for two adults.

Clean with a wonderfully welcoming front desk staff (Halley) , good breakfast, convenient shuttle. Can’t think of anything. Something to mention, though, I think I left my electric toothbrush in room 501. Can you check on that for me? My email has been unanswered. Thanks!
