This hotel sells day passes to their pool and the pool was absolutely packed during our stay with DJ’s and a large party crowd-felt more like a Vegas pool then anything I have interest in. As a business traveler their shuttle wasn’t convenient at all seeing as it only runs 7am-11pm. Even with a flight leaving at 9am, this would be cutting it close with that schedule. Upon arrival I waited almost 30 minutes for a pickup from the airport. Had to call the front desk at 2am about the couple above me screaming and fighting, went on for 20 minutes after the call. One of the worst nights sleep ever in a hotel. The grounds don’t make up for all the other issues. Too many other quality hotels in the area to go back here.

Good location. Nice size room & comfy bed. Close to restaurants and the mall. The shade on the window was broken, obscuring the bay view I paid for. Had to park in the rear of the hotel as the front parking was taken.

We really enjoyed our stay, the shuttle within a 3 mile radius was fantastic and allowed us to explore nearby.
