Everything was great.Was a family trip and was amazing.My kids loved the pool and the amenities on the lobby.

We loved the cleanliness of our room and the pool area gave a resort feeling very cute hotel

Our room was lovely, modern, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was well-equipped, clean, and provided plenty of space to relax. The pool was a great place to unwind, and we appreciated that both the restaurants and the pool bar offered food and drinks throughout the day whenever we wanted them. It made spending time by the pool even more enjoyable. Another bonus was the location. Within a short walking distance, there is a grocery store as well as several restaurants, making it easy to pick up essentials or enjoy a meal outside the hotel. Overall, the combination of convenience, comfortable accommodation, excellent amenities, and a great location made for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again.

Ambiance is cool, was alittle thrown off when i got charged an additional 100$ from what my email showed and had to pay for parking on the property per day, that seemed a bit unreasonable. Other than that everything was GREAT!

Secondly, go to the room and I noticed one of the covers for a drawer was on the floor, which I had to attach back myself. Also, the air-conditioning in the room was very very loud. The room itself was very clean. I stayed four nights and I would’ve thought that one service would’ve been around every other day but then I read they only come round every four days. I think every four days is way too much to replace towels and empty bins. There was no brochures or man who was in the room. It was all done with the QR code off the TV while looking at the QR code. They said there’s a happy hour between four and 6 o’clock cocktails five dollars draft Beers five dollars but when I got to the bar, they told the bar doesn’t open till 5 o’clock, and there is no at the hour. I did go back down later and had one cocktail and I must be honest the bartender Sam was amazing. He kept everyone happy his energy definitely give me a lift for the rest of the evening so I definitely recommend going to the bar just to see Sam. My overall rating of this hotel was pretty medium just because everything is so dated the elevators take forever to get to you, especially at breakfast time and we got to go to the airport your sincerely Mark.

The room was ok. I ended up not staying in the suite that I booked because it was outside of the hotel which was very bizarre. It seemed like an old apartment complex that was fenced on the same property as the hotel. The suite was dark with only a tiny window at the top half of a wall. When I asked to be moved to a room actually inside the hotel I was accommodated which I appreciated. The new room was small with Two full size beds. The single TV had a blue to tint to it which was incredibly annoying and hard to watch. I reached out for help but no one ever came to fix it. Definitely not what I was expecting from a Hilton hotel that had so much potiental. Ended up finishing out my few days and moved to a different hotel for the rest of my stay.

For my birthday, the bartenders surprised me with a custom olive martini complete with a candle in the middle and then they gave it to me free of charge. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch that made me feel incredibly special. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what you hope for after a long day. The attention to cleanliness and comfort did not go unnoticed. A special thank you to Sydney, who generously treated my mom and me to a complimentary birthday breakfast. That kindness meant so much and truly reflects the level of hospitality this hotel provides. Another highlight was the complimentary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius. The drivers were all fantastic friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the area. Tips are encouraged, and they absolutely deserve them for the excellent service they provide. I only wish I remembered everyone’s names because every interaction was exceptional. It’s rare to stay somewhere where every employee genuinely seems to care about making your experience special. Thank you all for making my birthday one I’ll always remember. I’ll definitely be back!

Clean hotel, helpful staff, nice breakfast, hotel shuttle bus was a bonus. Nice pool area. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean, the view was nice, as was the outdoor bar near the pool. Will definitely stay here again!

Good food and great drinks, the bed and rooms are nice and comfy. Excellent hotel to stay at while visiting the greater Tampa area.

The service was great ! However the front door seem to be under repair the week that I was there and had to constantly change the exit and entry of the hotel.

The dinner and drink I enjoyed was excellent! The two breakfasts I enjoyed were superb. Everything was so easy, from checking in, checking out, and dining. I definitely plan to return!
