The location to the bus stop. It was ok but not great. Felt outdated and not inviting.

I stayed 3 nights maybe could give more some soaps and tissues

Location is spectacular. Communication was easy and professional. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Air con worked well. Amenities are minimal. Towels could be larger.

It could be cleaner. There were plenty of ants in the room. The bathroom door does not close.

Very easy to book and the owners were easy to communicate with, especially my late arrival.

The location. Everything, except the location ! The price is too high, no value for money.

The location was convenient for us (ie near the Bus Terminal) The comfort was minimal, but the price was not minimal ! We felt it was like in a dormitory. There was only one pillow per bed, and only one night lamp for two beds. The toilet paper was of the lowest possible quality. Only one roll was there, it would not have been enough for another night. Nothing was really cosy. And we never met any owner (or representative)

The location is good, since it is right across the bus station, so you hardly do not walk. There was a small market very close for urgent needs, a bar, and the bus station to the old town is also just across the street. The room is large, but the window can't be opened since all the other guests will see everything inside. It is unbelievable, but the host is totally uncommunicable, you just can't email or WhatsApp at all, so it is impossible to ask for something or even complain. As there is no staff at the property, there is absolutely no way you can communicate with the property at all, which is very annoying! The stove was broken " NO WORK " - picture below - so why pay for a kitchen if one can't use it? And the price is expensive comparing to other properties around. I wouldn't come back.

The room itself is perfectly adequate. I had two twin beds. Loved the mini fridge and hot water kettle. There are plates, glasses, and silverware too. Bathroom was clean, and the air conditioner worked well (although I didn't really need it). Plenty of electrical outlets. Lighting options were good. Contactless check-in was easy and smooth, and i was able to message with the proprietor to coordinate an extension..I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend Lami for bus travelers. If there's a downside, it's minor street noise. You can also hear loud-speaker announcements from the cruise ships, which are docked maybe 50 yards away directly out your door. (There weren't lots of announcements, and they didn't bother me at all. But some people might be distracted.) The only other annoyance is something you can't avoid anywhere in the Balkans: CIGARETTE SMOKE. If one of your neighbors smokes, you'll get to enjoy the disgusting stench of their pollution unless you close your window.

The room is ok if you’re just looking for a place near the bus/ferry for one night like we were. You can easily get the bus to the old city. Beds comfy. Air con & WiFi fine. Decoration is basic but nice. Shower is hot. Restaurants and bars nearby. It was massively over priced for what it was. We paid AU$161 - double what it is worth I’d say. It’s small and very basic & the towels are literally slightly larger than a hand towel. Fridge was turned off so we couldn’t put food in to stay cold straight away. Kettle & cups but no spoons, plates, bowls.

There's nothing I liked The sheets were stained with blood and dirty. I had to take them out and sleep dressed. The towels were very worn, they scratched you when he wiped you. I managed to identify 4 species of insects in the room such as: mosquitoes, cockroaches, spiders and ants. Be careful with hot water that can cause burns. The refrigerator has not been cleaned before. I was most bothered by the lack of communication and interest from the owner who did not answer the phone or messages

The guest in the neighbouring room Damian Roginski was extremely loud during the night, playing loud rap music, and singing/shouting until about 2 AM.

I didn’t like that the shower floods

The communication was alright, hosts were responsive and answered relatively fast. It was easy to "check in". Its Dubrovnik, there are a million guests visiting, and with the hosts i felt just like a number. They seemed to have no intention in guest contact. I only got messages what i should and shouldn't do while there. They didn't seem particularly willing to help with specific enquiries. Hence, i didn't feel welcome. Besides, the bathroom door was broken and there were ants on the kitchen counter. The value for money is pretty low, the price for the room is too high when compared to everything but Dubrovnik.
