This is a well kept property. It's nothing fancy but very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and with all the amenities needed. I would definitely be staying there in future trips.

Stay was disappointing. A lot of slamming noise all night plus we could not get in our room with one same key. We had to go back down and ask for another key to get in, weird. Staff also not very approachable esp night crew. Room was a ok, bathroom outdated and not so clean. No basic amenities as well. Overall, hotel was 2/10. Would not recommend.

We checked in late with no issues. Their shuttle to the park runs all day until the park closes.

I was in a two day business trip. The place was practical, nothing amazing. Typical 3-star hotel with some years of use. Comfortable bed. I could hear the road noise early in the morning from cars not following Florida car muffle noise. They seem to be a lot these there...

Room was clean. I did not realize the doors to the rooms were right outside, but that was my fault for not reading the details. I thought they were inside the actual building. Breakfast and coffee were a plus! Location was perfect and felt safe. I would book here again.

However, I highly recommend that if you go to Busch Gardens or Aventure Island it's worth parking at the attraction than dealing with the horrible shuttle service.
