Checking in, I was told that I had gotten a refund, which I hadn’t. Got charged more than the deposit and parking fee even though everything else was supposed to be paid. Only had one elevator as the second one malfunctioned during our stay. Had someone in the room next to us that left their dog in the room barking for hours. The pool, hot tub, gym, and breakfast were good.

Everything was excellent!! We especially loved the breakfast and the sweet lady serving it♥️ I was having difficulty with my infant granddaughter and she stopped what she was doing and helped me, I’m very greatful!

Breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone. The variety of juices and foods was very surprising. Parking is plentiful but there is a small ($10) daily fee that is not charged or noted when reserving. The staff informed everyone upon checking in, so there weren’t any surprises. This is definitely a property we would recommend and utilize again!

Cleanliness Reserved a double bed room 11/12 days in advance. Upon arrival was given a king bed room after asking multiple tmes, no effort was made to correct the issue and no discounts or accommodations were made

The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. It was also a nice surprise to enjoy complimentary mimosas and fresh cookies in the evening, which made the stay feel even more special. The hotel was very clean, and the pleasant aroma throughout the property created a fresh and inviting atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa.

If you travel and stay on Sunday be aware that the towel will not be changed due to cleaning staff not being available. So be sure to ask for extra towels especially is you are planning on using the pool or working out and needing additional towels due to showers. Other than that everything else was as expected.

My only downside by having already prepared and everything being booked out was being charged for parking if a person is paying over a hundred dollars per night to stay parking should be free and leaves a person no choice I have a place to sleep but no where to put my vehicle I felt like I was being extorted. I had chosen this hotel because I had stayed before and there was no charge for parking
