In the town center, near to commodities.. Everything is terrible.. no receptionist on duty have to call and wait them.. madly Dirty, no window & no Aircon

Room facilities was far below my expectation. bed and tower are dirty. bathroom ceiling are missing whole pieces.

The bed linen was dirty, and had a stain at the duvet & pillow case.. Window cannot close & broken... People from beside the building can see thru inside & not safety for us because we have a child... The toilet is a bit dirty & the floor mate outside the bathroom is smelly..

Good location. Near to Bus Terminal, in the center and easy access to food stalls and shopping. 1. I booked a room with a private bath but I was asked to pay for it and the room is on 3rd floor. No lift. 2. Mugs provided in the room should be replaced.

The location is so convenient and the staffs are very approachable. Maybe provide cleaner bedsheets and towels.
