Low Water Pressure, Bathroom is not really Clean enough

I like its location which is nearby eateries and restaurants, groceries, ATMs, and travel agents. It is also a walking distance to the bus and taxi terminal. The counter staff is helpful and friendly too. For muslims, prayer mats and qiblat are provided. I was given a room #206 at the highest level- 2nd floor with a balcony facing the main road, but for me the noise was still tolerable. The only noise that annoyed me came from pigeons those nested in the roof at the balcony. The management may improve the room facilities with addition of lounge chairs or settees in the room. For the cost of RM100+ per night, booked via booking.com, I think the hotel management should include complimentary bottled drinking water or sachets of tea or coffee for the guests.
