Good service at the desk. Great that the breakfast is open at 6:30 and has good selection of different foods. The wifi connection could be better. The treadmill in the training room shut off when I used it.

Convenient location and nice and helpful staff. For our short layover it worked perfect. You know what you get. They consider booking.com have to facilitate the invoice, not them. Not trivial to communicate in English.

A fantastic hotel to stay in if you're doing business in BSD. We were recommended it by a local before leaving Sydney and stayed in February. It's within walking distance to shops and health business centres. Our rooms were so spacious and comfortable and on arrival, there was a delicious cake and fruit waiting. The bathroom was enormous (Queen suite) and the room had a coffee pod machine. We loved the breakfast variety and the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Fauzi, who greeted us at the door each time we returned. I can highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The spacious room, the friendliness and fast-respond staff, prime location indeed. Bfast is good , had lontong sayur and it was tasty ! I had a request to move to another room since the one given to me is close by a room that was quite noisy with kids. Staff is very responsive by choosing another room for me,salut it ! Near a convenient store,might be helpful if u need to buy stuffs like snacks ,drinks etc. Not really have a good soundproof. It might disturb u for expecting a tranquil rest. Bfast place have limited seating place.

Buffet breakfast is the highlight! Cleaning crew needs to learn a thing or two on how to clean better The hvac makes high pitch noise at all time. The shower smells like pee. The amenities in the bathroom is bare minimum. Towels smell!
