Location to in-country family was excellent. Location to activities in Tangerang was good. Long, traffic congested drives to some locations in Jakarta city center. The property’s grounds, swimming pools, playgrounds, outdoor lounges and lobby and restaurant areas were very nice. Staff were great. Rooms and verandas were in need of updating. Experienced cold showers for 2 days before it was repaired. Not sure why we had to report cold shower 3 times before repair. Strange, because experienced prompt response to other requests.

Love the breakfast buffet and tried out a villa this time instead of a hotel room. Quite spacious and nice to look out onto the well-kept gardens. Staff are wonderfully attentive and cared for our needs very well. Actually nothing to complain about.

Great laguna pool Nice laguna bar Good breakfast Friendly staff Bathroom needs some renovation, the door usually slides over the floor (noisy) Also, in our room the hot and cold water seemed to be inverted (lots of hot water, almost no cold water) making it hard to mix under the shower.

Unfortunately, it’s not being maintained. Villas & Rooms conditions were full of wear and tears, no maintenance, no upkeeping with aesthetic looks. This is my second stay in 5 years and this great hotel is lack of TLC and needing renovations

Food was decent for the breakfast buffet. They gave plenty of water. I appreciated that. They also didn't charge breakfast for my 7 year old daughter. We chose the hotel for the location and it was perfect for us. Very kind staff. The pool was nice. But hotel guests have to walk into the club reception in order to get pool towels. Which are torn and pretty beat up. For which you need to leave your key card. AND the pool area is the worst for mosquitos. Very unpleasant to hang out. And the walk to the club reception is so dodgy. They initially put us in a room with no view and that was so dirty and old. Clearly the is a renovation going on. And when I say no view, I don't mean a bad one. I mean a rented covered up one. I was willing to upgrade or do anything, but they quickly changed our room to a similar one but more modern. Which was fine.

Very nice hotel for family in tangerang. If you want staycation with your family, this is one of the recommended hotel in tangerang for that. They have good swimming pool for children, they have nice playground, they also provide activity for children. This hotel has good gym, sauna room that you can use if you stay at this hotel. The breakfast also nice modernization for the room

The location is highly strategic, situated close to Supermall Karawaci and various other amenities. The breakfast is good- with the added treat of jamu (traditional herbal drinks) being offered. The room lighting is quite dark, making it harder to work or do zoom meeting after dark. It will be great if they can change the lighting.

The staff was excellent. The location, near the Siloam Hospital, was easily walkable and near many restaurants. The pool was the most beautiful spot to relax. There was nothing that we didn’t like. I would suggest more outdoor non-smoking tables.
