The bedsheets looked like they were not washed for so long. I could see the format of someone have slept there. Not even had the care of lining up the things. No towels in the bathroom. Shower was cold. Elevator creeping up and down. Definitely not going again! Looks so close to the airport - took me 35 minutes with NO traffic to arrive there.

Staff we’re very flexible and helpful and they had an option for late check out allowing to rest a bit more, was great

Closer to airport, good place to stay when you have early morning flight so as to not rush. They provided free airport shuttle but need to choose the appropriate time based on our flight time. Also there are marts nearby (5 mins walk) if you like to quickly grab some snacks. the front green courtyard of hotel was the best part. Loved it. food option mainly for dinner but there are many eatery places outside the hotel so it would not be that big problem.

We just stayed there one night because we had a flight from Jakarta the next day so we basically just slept there but for that one night it was perfect! We could book a transfer to the airport at the hotel which was very comfortable!

Everything but the most the breakfast. Covid 19 & the regulations are past tense now so dont bring your guests some cold rice & vegetables & 3 poor slices of chicken in a paperbox & a bottle of water to the room worth not even 50 eurocent, not even mention the taste of it. It is ridiculous if you offer the room including breakfast ?

The airport shuttle is complimentary one way and you have to pay 80,000 on the return journey. The shuttle itself is very clean, comfortable and organised and the drivers are very pleasant. The room is huge with a comfy bed and the staff are overall pleasant and friendly. The hotel is about 25-30 min drive from Soekarno Hatta The room was not clean and there were stains in many areas, thankfully very few on the bed and the bathroom was reasonably clean. While the room is big, it has no other useful amenities, a hot water kettle would have been useful. The other strange aspect was that on check-in I was told that the paid shuttle to the airport is at 11 am and no shuttles post that, considering I was the only guest taking the shuttle and you pay pretty much the same amount as you would pay to take a taxi on Grab, I do not understand what was the big deal about the 11 am rule, I could have easily left at 12 for my flight instead of waiting at the airport and if they had a pick-up scheduled at the airport, then couldn't the shuttle have been complimentary? The breakfast was not value for money at all, there was no milk for tea or coffee and the chicken served with the food was stone cold, I ended up just eating a big of vegetables and some crackers. Overall it was just about ok but I would not book this hotel again.

The lobby was nice Our room stank of smoke, there were stains on the bedsheets and many hairs, and our bathroom door did not actually close.
