The room and the staff The shower didn’t have soap only shampoo and towels were disgusting looks like rugs. They must change it into new ones.

Location is ideally for whom mobiling between Tangerang and BSD to avoid crowd. The bed height is somewhat rocket high and only fit for people which 2 meters height or more. Definitely unsafe for kids to climb and jump from the bed. No locking mechanism at the bathroom will leave you with no privacy. Intimate design is always good if its equipped with mitigation idea.

The room was clean and good value for money. The staff were very passive and slow. The wooden keycard didn’t not function well to enable electricity in the room. We constantly experienced interruptions and on/off switching due to the bad contact of the keycard into the dedicated slot. It took about 30 minutes for an engineer to come to the room and help us solve the issue.

breakfast was great. Hotel was clean and the room was spacious enough for me. I really enjoyed it. The AC in the workout room was not working while I was there. That was the only drawback. The workout room itself was much better than I was expecting, except for the AC.

Breakfast much of oriental rather than Mixed. The Hotel SPA was book on 2nd level and belong to Hotel but the lady obviously was not as instead she was more interested to initiate sex or some sexual services & kept asking for Tip or money with some sad story. This is really bad. I only paid the massage price that was RP200k +++and supposed to be 1.5 hours but due to that i only have 1/2 hour as am not interested with that services.

The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Unfortunately, they pool closes at 7pm and we arrived too late too refresh ourselves.. The breakfast is excellent. Then hotel is not so close from the airport and there is nothing around in the area. We still liked our stay! Pool closing at 7pm. Nothing around in the area.

- Nice & clean - staff were helpful, friendly, kind and compassionate - Room is nice and smells good - looks new - transported my family of 10 from Gambir station to Hotel in a Hiace with lack of aircon at the back. Sweated for the whole 1-hour journey
