I eat my breakfast at 10.00 till 10.30 (close at 10.30 cmiiw ) and staff around just look like uncomfortable with my excist stay still, they like wish me to go ahead with some uncomfortable eyes and action, actually i just feel uncomfortable with that. I mean i will go, but dont make it too clear in front of me as guess.

The main issues were related to maintenance, cleanliness, and value for money. Out of four elevators, only two were working, which caused long waiting times, especially during busy hours. The room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival, which did not improve during the stay. The bed sheets and pillowcases appeared unclean and did not feel fresh, which was very uncomfortable. Overall, the room and general cleanliness did not meet basic hotel standards. In addition, the air-conditioning controller was not functional, making it difficult to control the room temperature. Considering the condition of the room and facilities, the hotel is overpriced and does not offer good value for the price paid. These issues significantly affected my comfort and did not match the quality suggested by the hotel’s rating.

None. We ordered room service, waited for 1+ hour then call their reception to ask about our order only to find out they didn't even remember our order at all. The breakfast was very crowded and only few staff is available to assist and clean our table. When we checked in, we wait in queue for too long only to realize we can use other check-in line.. there's no initiative from the receptionist that standing there to ask us to go/queue in her line too (we thought it was only for vip customers/hotel members). She just stand there silently.

Although it’s an old building, well maintained.. attached to the mall.. and about 22-26 min. From airport. I got the smoking corner room, and it was very quiet room.. no outside car or motorbike noises. I loved their breakfast.. they were having gym renovation till 5 September 2025.. pool is good. Staff is polite.. The elevators need to be checked for maintenance or re-develop.. because they have 4 elevators but sometimes (most of the time) it took us more than 3-5 min.. waiting.. also the mobile charging sockets located only next to bed.. not on the desk as most hotels have.. taxi needs some time, and also you need to pay extra 5,000 rp all the time; because of entry and exit of taxi through shopping mall parking..

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. Location wise it is great. It is next to a big mall where you have good restaurants and shops. Staff is smiley and helpful. They have a nice rooftop garden. It was expensive. I wanted to have a glass of wine at night, they charge around €11 which is too much money. I paid €5 for an espresso.

Breakfast very good. Good location outside Yakarta city centre if you are working close to the airport. Good swimming pool and gim if you want to relax after work. Good mall below the hotel if you want to buy things or eat outside the hotel.

As I did not intend to swim this time no problem but for those who want swimming the swimming pool is rather narrow. It was very convenient to go shopping mall using connected door to the mall. All other facilities too are pretty good, and I could enjoy my stay very much.

Location,if you no need to in central Jakarta and have thing to do on west JKT ,Tangerang is good location, hotel above area of department store easy to eat and have minimart next to that area, staff is nice,room ok
