I requested high floor with quiet room, but was assigned a 3rd floor room. At night there was extremely loud music coming from somewhere nearby despite closed window. The room smelled unpleasant when I entered it, had to open the window for the whole afternoon. Location displayed on booking.com is not accurate, it looked like this hotel is a short distance from the place I wanted to visit, but it turned out to be a 7 minutes drive away.

The breakfadt was ok Did not like i wanted to book breakfast for 2 days i was told i will have to pay on the day in the breakfast room,but i book a room for my daughter with breakfast that was ok,but not for me to book brekfast .the shower in the room was too close to the wall could not shower in comfort

We liked the breakfast and the swimming pool. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the AC was working well. Good value for money! No remarks.

Ambience Was assigned Room 916 . Mini fridge not working . Telephone wire can't secure to the phone set . No hot water in the shower . Toilet seat cracked . Electric tea pot faulty - switch faulty . Basic toiletries stick as comb or shaving kit provided.

For 3 star property, amenities were good. I had all I need in the room. Lots of area need maintenance, But main thing for me, they need to change the towels! They were worn out and had already grey brownies colour instead of white.

Location was close to Mall ( 5 min Taxi ) Well Priced & Staff very Friendly No Western Breakfast Variety 1 out of 5 rooms booked had only limited hot water Air con was just OK Water Slides are dated , the large water slide was even closed for use. NO SPA / MASSAGE ROOM - MASSAGE LADYS OFFERING ++MASSAGE FOR IN ROOM MASSAGE Bar not really set up for alcohol sales
