It is good for its price. Food during breakfast is just alright, limited options. The hotel includes pick and drop off the hotel. Nobody pick us up in the airport when we land even though we informed them ahead of time what time we land and our flight tracker.

Oyo heritage hotel don't provided a breakfast from 13-19/8/2025. But the breakfast already included in final prize that we pay, Feel stupid.

The shuttle service was very bad the information not clear , my reservation included shuttle. Due to the poor communication I didn’t used and they were not mentioning the last pick up from the at 22:00 Mso i paid for nothing

The hotel is very nice, clean, and a great place to relax. What I liked and impressed most was the friendliness of the entire staff, especially Pipit ❤️, who was very attentive upon our arrival and helped us with transportation from the airport to the hotel, which is a great benefit.

Staff was friendly and overall room is worth price. However, air conditioning in my room was weak, my card did not initially work so I also had to go back down to lobby to get a fixed one.

I had stayed here previously, as it is both a nice hotel and an excellent place from which to photograph planes coming in to land at the airport. To compensate me for the effects of a mixup over the free shuttle service (see below), I was upgraded to a deluxe room. It was very large, comfortable, and well equipped, and has therefore caused me to go easy on the hotel in relation to the mixup. The breakfast buffet was also very tasty, as on my previous stay. So, overall, I experienced satisfactory service and would stay here again. I had previously used the free shuttle service both ways between the airport and the hotel. I wanted to use it again, so I telephoned the hotel and said I'd be waiting at the normal spot to be collected by one of the shuttle's regularly timed runs. But the shuttle did not arrive, and it took me several further calls and a very long wait to sort out the problem. It turned out that the hotel had wanted me to confirm my request by Whatsapp like most Indonesians, but I'm not Indonesian, not on Whatsapp, and didn't know what Indonesians normally do. In the end, I was upgraded to a deluxe room which I believe was appropriate compensation for the inconvenience. But if you're not Indonesian and want to avoid a similar problem, I suggest you email, not telephone about, any request for a shuttle on arrival, and that you say you'll confirm by email, not Whatsapp.

Too far from the airport, if you are going to book this hotel better use local apps traveloka.com, it will lead you to the nearest hotel to the airport. I book this hotel by mistake due to not enough description by booking.com Staff was taking foto of all visitor when they picking up from the airport. Like or dislike, no hotel staff taking any quest picture before checked in to the hotel for their record purpose.
