Calm ambience, really helpful staff, time flexibility as long as they get the update/information. Fair price for the shuttle from the airport.

Dany is a great host and helped me with learning the local language and answering my many cultural questions. The coffee and tea here is artisianally made and top notch. Atmosphere is very chill, with an in house guitar, playstation, books, and games. Nice choice of spaces for socializing, focus, or fresh air. The river and traditional markets are nearby walks too if you want an immersion into the local culture. The traffic can be rather loud, and the immediate street hard to cross, but such is Tangerang city. The tile floor has aged, but otherwise nice aesthetic and cool art.

My brother was here last week and recommend this hostel to me. So true, so recommended! Basic but more than enough facilities. Clean and comfort. Staff also really helpful. Thanks for the short stay, CoffeeBunk!

Property so clean, Danny was so awesome to help. He also give me Train card so I can use to travel in train and returned when checking out. This is my first time in Indonesia ?? I would love to come again. Coffeebunk is best for budget friendly ❤️ Food also so delicious and best in price ?

The owner/front desk was very kind and welcoming. He even stayed up until 3am when we had to check out for our flight.

Dany was the best host— beyond kind and helpful! Knowledgeable about travel routes and travel questions. Free water and water bottle + towel included. Conveniently located only 25 min ride from the airport and 5 minutes from the train station that connects the rest of Jakarta. I will be back!! Basic but comfortable accommodation— they even reached out to me after Beijing but before arriving to make sure that I was okay with the type of budget accommodation they offer. I was very pleased!

Great place to stay if you need a somewhere between travels!

Very simple and straightforward, comfortable place to stay in Indonesia. This is not in the hostel's control at all. It's the traffic noise.

It was still quite far from the airport and there was nothing around, it was in a very dead area of town.

Dany, the owner, is very kind and helpful. He helped me whenever he can, above and beyond. Thank again, Dany. The room is basic but very clean. Great value! He is very knowledgeable about coffee and made me a delicious cup of coffee. I will stay there again when I go to Jakarta in the future. Can't think of any..

The stay at Coffebunk was great. We stayed for one day to catch our return flight, as it's close to the airport. Dany made us feel right at home. He has and makes wonderful coffee, as he's a big fan of it. The hostel is very welcoming, and the food they offer is fantastic. A pleasure, Dany. I hope we see each other again. Impeccably clean. Hard to overstate this. Asia has its fair share if struggle against mould but everything was as clean as you can expect. Staff were great too, friendly and helpful. Locker was a bit small, no shared kitchen though the staff help out if you need it.
