Staff were cool Super disgusting and dirty , but i guess for that price its okay

Good price, AC, next door to a big Indomaret, TV, included breakfast, close to many local warungs, not too far from the airport It’s more of a kos than a hotel, narrow steep stairs to the 3rd floor (glad I didn’t have a big suitcase), dirty shared spaces

The place don't looks like the photo. Never been clean since they built it probably.

Pleasant

Do not expect for cleaniness, toilet papers, or any soap. There was not even a sink. I am rating based on the price as well but still does not meet. At least still cheap to some extent

The accommodation was priced very low. The rooms were not clean at al. The shower was not working. On Booking they were saying that there would be a coffee machine in the room, but that was not there either.

Nothing We were here for 30 hours while waiting on. a flight. The room was disgusting. 0 ventilation 0 cleanliness mold everywhere and a horrific smell of urine that I couldn't remove from my nose till a day after we left. The pillows and bedcovers were horrible but the cream mattress was practically black and almost made us sick. Not sure if we are the only white people to ever stay here but we were made feel uneasy at all times with people giving us dirty looks and to be honest we were so uncomfortable my partner didn't want to leave the room. When it came time for 2am checkout I had a grab booked for 55k to the airport. The people here argued with me to cancel grab and go with some random guy they knew for 225k and I was never going to do it. At this point 2am in the morning 3 men and just my partner and I we were extremely nervous. When are grab arrived we dipped as quick as possible. I've been travelling for years around SE Asia. This was the worst an mist uneasy I have ever been. 100000% recommend to stay as far away from here as possible.

Scam! The place doesn't exist! The locals said the place have been closed for a while. Had to find a different hotel. Tried to call the number but it was discontinued... I want my money back.

The location shows it's near the airport but it's very inside of a residential area , you can easily find the address between streets . The staff was good and supportive, but the location is far away from the city. The location, the mattress, was very poor, but when I requested, they changed . Overall, the cleanes were ok for short stay but you can't stay for long trips.

Third floor rooms are nice and clean, good price Make sure you dont get room number three cause all smoke from cigarret by some way get in and you hardly breath

The room was smelly, the AC wasn't working well. The overall cleanliness is so so. And the most important thing, the room wasn't as shown in photos on booking or the property website

Nothing. Reached the place, the management asked me to put more money on top of paid room, upon checking the room, decided too impossible to stay in the room, the reality of the room was far below the pictures advertised, contacted the booking. Com for refund, nothing has come back so far, 9 days passed.

The place is 20 minutes from the airport. Standard room. You can buy tea, coffee or a meal for a good price. The price for the room is good. They didnt have toiletpaper, the staff couldnt speak english. Small bathroom. Cold shower,

Leaving On arrival they will charge you more than the price you booked for. We don’t mind getting what we pay for but the air con didn’t work, meaning it’s so hot in the room, the room feels wet, the beds broken, bugs in the room, dust and mould everywhere, no sink, night staff playing music which comes down the corridor. We were only staying for a stop over for an early flight and couldn’t wait to leave at 2am. Has to be the worst place we’ve stayed in our time travelling.

Nothing I was charged a different rate than the one listed on Booking.com. The initial booking was IDR 150K -ish for 2 nights. But when I arrived, they asked me to pay IDR 130K/night (IDR 130k Monday- Friday and 140k Saturday and Sunday). Asked them to pay the rate based on my booking, but refused, said those are the prices they offer and have been trying to change their rate on Booking.Com but zero success bla bla bla. Then asked me to leave the ID card as deposit. I refused so asked IDR 100k instead. Room Features. I understand for a cheap deal, I can't expect too much. But the room they sell was terrible. There was queen size bed, 2 pillows, and a blanket. It was ok and clean. 2 clean towels. TV with no available channels. Dusty tv cabinet. An unbelievably dusty exhaust fan. Garbage bin outside your room. Floor mat. AC worked perfectly. The room floor was clean. Sad-looking room wall with spider webs here and there. Power socket next to the bed. The bathroom was horrible. Filthy tiles, old and discolored toilet bowl, filthy shower head which hanging for its dear life from the holder. Soap dispenser exist with no soap. A cloth hanger on the wall and a dirty mirror attached to the bathroom door. No hot water. Water pressure was good. Also spider web here and there on the wall. It was located on the main street next to Indomaret which was quite convenient, but on the downside there was no clear sign of its residence name, so quite confusing at the beginning. Staff was ok. Not recommended based on the rate issue and room condition. I was a solo traveler, for transit purposes between flights.
