nothing When we arrived with booking and wanted to check in, they wanted 100% price higher than in our booking. They said that price in our booking is only an advert and we can pay more or they won't give us room. We ended up with no room after long journey because we will not pay for such an illegal and unfair behaviour.

The reception staff good. I booked room through booking.com but when i reached hotel the reception staff said we didn't have your hotel room confirmation. They gave me latet room with no AC and took 100,000 idr extra from me.

nothing Arrived at the hotel and they informed me that I needed to pay over 3x what I had booked the room for on booking.com. Completely unhelpful in resolving the issue, I eventually concede as I have a flight early the next morning. They then lead me up to the room which smells, the bathroom is not clean and there are cockroaches on the bed and pillows. After a protracted argument I get my money back and go elsewhere, but the experience was vile from start to finish.

Nothing Difficult to find amongst several OYO hotels with confusing addresses. Dirty. unsafe electric wiring. Rusted old piping in bathroom. No natural light.
