I stayed here again and had another comfortable experience. This time, I was upgraded to a three-person room, which was noticeably more spacious and made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel remains a quiet and practical choice, especially with its very convenient location right next to Island Hospital. Overall, it is a reliable option for a comfortable stay. The room was reasonably clean, though a bit more attention to detail would make it even better.

The hotel offers a quiet and comfortable stay, especially if you are looking for something convenient near Island Hospital Penang, it is literally just across the street, which is a big plus. The room was quite spacious and thoughtfully equipped, including a tap for ablution and a clearly indicated Qibla direction, which I appreciated. The staff were polite and efficient. Overall, it is a practical and comfortable option, especially for those with appointments at the hospital or who prefer a quieter environment. On the downside, the setup is more like an apartment than a full-service hotel. There is no restaurant, breakfast, or room service available. Food delivery is easy via apps like Grab, but you will need to go down to the lobby to collect it. The room comes with a kettle and basic coffee, tea, and sugar sachets, but drinking water has to be taken from a shared dispenser on each floor, which provides both hot and cold water, so it is still convenient. Housekeeping is not automatic; it is by request and subject to availability. There is also a communal trash bin on each floor, which you will need to use if you want to dispose of your room waste. On the plus side, each floor is equipped with an iron and ironing board near the water dispenser, which is a useful addition if you need it.

There is no cafetaria

It's really close to several hospitals, so it's really convenient to stay here. This is really value for money if you are looking for the accommodation to stay for medical check up. We stay in the family room, and its spacious enough There's no restaurant or convenient store nearby or in the facilities. But they provide water and there's small store selling mineral water, instant noodles and snacks.and ordering food delivery is also possible

The location is very close with Island Hospital, which I took my Mom to go there almost everyday. The room is comfy, there's a ceiling fan and AC, a useful mini fridge, wastafel outside the bathroom, hairdryer, and a large window become a source of nice natural lighting ? They also provide drinking water dispenser at the corridor/outside the room. A simple free breakfast, like bread, cereals, coffee - will be nice ?

The location is very close to the Island Hospital. It’s also close to city centre.

Location near island and also northern heart hospital Too noisy from other guests at night, minimum amenities

The receptionists were not cheerful & reluctant to smile or extend greetings. Most of all the bedding sheets were soiled & dirty even though changes were made. The desk is so small without proper lighting. Small ants were crawling around.

Very clean, everything works perfectly in the room, walking distance to few hospitals, walking distance to restaurant, within 10 minutes ride to the center which is very convenient.

No water heater, the aircon blown right at our face, the light switch either you want very bright or very dark, there was no food around the area, not to mention convenient store.
