• they post notices everywhere - which is classless and always a bad sign. Obviously, any issues you encounter are now your fault because 'look at the signs' • the rooms are not clean. MULTIPLE reviews for over two years complaining about room cleanliness, however staff just says 'were sorry for your experience - we will try to do better ' and proceeds to do nothing. • bugs in rooms. Again, staff tries to excuse this with 'we are in a high desert and pests are difficult to control', however the number of cobwebs on the exposed beams in the ceilings and cobwebs and nests outside are evidence that the facility is simply not maintained properly. I am not your exterminator - yet i killed multiple spiders in my room, and afterward read multiple complaints of the same problem. • ceiling of rooms are the floorboards of above rooms, creating noise issues. Again, this is brushed off as 'historic charm', but this can be remedied with *proper* remodeling instead of sloppy patchwork jobs. You are in the commercial hospitality business, not the home-flipping business - you have to do an acceptable job, or you will fall apart. • speaking of terrible remodeling job, the carpet is ran up the walls as a baseboard, which is super nifty because it starts to pull off of the walls and collects all manner of dirt and guns in the seams. Super gross. Unacceptable, and very disappointed that I used my hard-earned expedia rewards on this stay.

The property was large and historic feeling, with a beautiful grassy area. Not only were the folks above our room LOUD all night, there was a terribly loud noise coming from the plumbing anytime someone in the building would flush the toilet. the ceiling creaked every time someone upstairs took a step, and it seemed like they wouldn’t stop walking all night and morning. Additionally, the beds were super uncomfortable - like tons of pillow top on a poor mattress - it was like you sunk in, but in the worst way. For a king room, we were only given three standard size pillows, and all three were terrible. Overall the room just felt SO dingy, the pictures on their site are so light and airy but the room itself felt damp and cramped and OLD. I love a historic property, but this one just doesn’t feel refreshed in the way that they advertise it.

When I walk into the room I notice the refrigerator had a towel in the refrigerator and it was unplugged. I called front desk and he told to plug it back and it will get cold in one hour. I am diabetic and I need to keep my insulin cold. Refrigerator never works to get cold. When I checked out about the refrigerator she told me that will have someone check it out. She told that will give me a somewhat discount. I told my Booking.com who I made the reservation thru I was informed that the Stagecoach hotel would not refund me for the refrigerator not working and they didn’t want change my room or replace the refrigerator. The Stagecoach hotel is not responding to my request and they said to Booking notified me no response and refund. I was disappointed with the front desk staff and since they never responded to broken refrigerators and they were refusing to give me refund for my insulin not being cold in the refrigerator that evening so I couldn’t use my insulin.

We stayed for only one night , my girls enjoyed the pool, the hotel restaurant looks like a good choice for dinner .

Our first room the door window was open from housekeeping before us, and there were fresh rat droppings in the room. The hotel could use a little maintenance to patch up some holes.

Not much Just the swiming pool

Location and outward appearance was good. No elevator Deck on second floor soft and wood was beginning to rot. Floor in the room was slanted and hard to walk on. Centipede was in the tub and it looked like something was splattered on the bathroom wall. Bugs were in the corners of the room.

Location was great. We did not have breakfast. The suite was wonderful. We did have loss of wi fi signal a lot.

There were bugs and spiders in the room.

This place has the potential to be a really nice place, but there is charm & there is neglect. The Sagebrush is definitely neglected. The pictures online are not what you get. I didn’t get a hot or even warm shower the whole weekend. The pool which was supposed to be heated was not. The toilet ran the whole time & the fridge had background noise. The balcony was rotted with nails coming up. The staff was unfriendly & unhelpful. We will definitely not be staying here again.

The hot water didn’t work at all and the staff was extremely rude and dismissive of complaints even though we spent over a thousand on three rooms to stay.
