Perfect location, Sweat watter on the beach, A lot of sport and relax options. Apartment equipment in very bad state. Electric kettle is not luxury, but necessity! Poor light in apartments, weak light bulbs.

Location was amazing Amenities was outdated

Beaches were very nice. Location fantastic. Place was clean but after we arrived the apartment was dirty after previous guests. Even bed linen was used and not cleaned. The rubbish was in bin. After we complained at the desk we had to wait 1 hour till the room was tided up.

Missing some Furniture like kittle and not enough electricity socks

Close to the beach • The apartment looked nothing like the pictures when booking • Dirty walls in the apartment • Outdated furniture with holes and rust • Mold and mildew in the bathroom • No A/C • No screens on the doors and windows • Bugs everywhere due to keeping the door and windows open because there is no A/C • No wifi • No cellphone service in the area • Staff wasn't friendly (except for the girls at the cafe and the cleaning ladies) Overall, I feel i wasted 400 Euros on a resort that was no better than a hostel with private rooms. I will never ever suggest this place to friends or family.

the see was dirty

Location near the sea and lots of trees. Comfortable bed. Most things are visibily worn and shabby, both in the appartement and in the outdoor area. Kids playground is just a swing and a wobbler. We were told at reception that we can go to the Lanterna Camp (which is few minutes car ride away and a part of the same group/resort) to use kids facilities, and we did use the outside playground but were not allowed by personel there to use the indoor playroom (as we were not guest fo the camp itself).

A lot of shadow, peaceful, nice for families with small children ang yoongsters, close to the sea, enough facilities (toilets,showers and restaurants) at the seaside, clean appartment, enough kitchenware. Maybe - Eldery ecquipment in apartment.

We stayed at the Franka apartment building. The main positive was the convenient location, with the beach being nearby. The apartment also had a large terrace, which was nice. The apartment felt quite outdated, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no air conditioning, which is almost a necessity nowadays. Overall, the stay was below average. While the location is convenient and the nearby beach is pleasant, it doesn't justify the cost.

Location near the beach. Room dated, poor facilities, no tv, no AC or fan in heat of 32 Celsius. Difficult sleeping in room. One night I slept on the balcony. Housekeeping non existent, no fresh towels, ants in the room.

The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The shower door was broken (it was fixed the same day) the bathroom had tiles missing on the wall There was no ventialtion or AC. The kitchen was equiped but there was no cleaning supplies so in order to clean the dishes we had to go and buy them
