We were also warmly welcomed by the staff. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, they kindly acknowledged the occasion with a thoughtful gift, which was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated this gesture and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Unfortunately, due to the approaching typhoon, the hotel decided to close and our stay was shortened to just one night. While we understand that weather-related situations are beyond the hotel’s control, we were only informed about this after receiving the welcome drink and completing the check-in process. This had a significant impact on our travel plans and required us to make last-minute arrangements. We would have appreciated being informed as early as possible, ideally before our arrival, so that we could have adjusted our plans accordingly.

The property is beautifully designed. The rooms all individual fit into the landscape wonderfully. We stayed in an ocean villa. Which was lovely. As we had a small pool also. The balcony overlooking the sea lovely and private. However tiny small uncomfortable chairs on the balcony! You can’t relax on atall! The hotel is beautiful. The staff all very helpful. Despite that, it lacks in spaces to relax. The beach has 4 pairs of chairs. We came to the beach twice. With no where to sit. As the 8 chairs all taken. They need some loungers on the beach area with parasols. Also no ability to take a drink or enjoy a drink looking t the ocean unless you have bought from elsewhere. The rigid ness of the room service. We arrive just after 3. The room service finishes stops at 2. All we could get was some snacks. Room service / food only between 11-2 Then you can only have in your room. Not in the restaurant area. You can’t get a drink in the restaurant area only during set times. All is very rigid. More areas to relax other than your rooms are needed. We visited in golden week. So understand now, impossible to find anywhere to eat atall! We did eventually. But a challenge. The hotel could have helped with this and offered things outside of their offering for this week.

Beautiful, modern, and incredible staff!! And the food was the best we had in all of Japan. Loved everything.

Property was quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious and luxurious. Bathtub and shower were huge! Great view of the water from the balcony! The staff were excellent. Breakfast was amazing! I don't usually eat breakfast but tried the breakfast on the last morning I was there and it didn't disappoint! Nothing

We had the most amazing stay here. From the moment you’re greeted with a welcome drink, to the breakfast and the kind staff. We didn’t want to leave, perfect stay! Nothing, everything was great.

Absolutely beautiful with relaxing vibe! The food was A+! Beach was lovely! Bath was pristine, hot and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful. There is nothing negative about this property.

Excellent breakfast. Very nice beach. Very good dinner. Laundry washing machine was behind the restaurant, separate entrance would be good.

Great breakfast of high quality. Located by the beach, with easy access to another beautiful Kurasaki beach by bike you can rent for free. It would be nice if there’s a shower or something where you can wash off the sands before going back to the room.

Nice location and staff. Beautiful view from the pool. Very comfortable bed. Too big courses especially for dinner.

Breakfasts were amazing! All activities needed to be booked with a guide rather than just being able to rent equipment or have it provided by the hotel.

Marvelous sea view and great service. On Amami this hotel is a gem and you not can do something wrong to stay here. As vegetarian the stuff every day make me a special arrangement for breakfast. Also what less guests was use is the super nice beach just few steps down of the room
