The kitchen should have dish towels

The staff was very helpful & proactive. They reached out to me to see when I would be there & give me instructions on checking in, were good at recommending places & holding our luggage for a few hours.

The man on reception was fantastic

It was a bit far from city center and not so nice to walk, especially with smaller kids.

The apartment was nice and clean,beautiful pool area, very close to a grocery store. Hardest bed ever!! We stayed 9 nights and we never adjusted to the bed. This was a common theme in other reviews so we should have been prepared. Kitchen was bare bones - 3plates, 3 larger mugs, 3 smaller mugs, 3 of each utensils, etc. No complimentary tea or coffee. First time we came to an apartment that it literally never had anything complimentary in the kitchen.

Location308 was spacious and comfortable Needed a hair dryer The çhairs were very noisy moving on the floor, you could hear them from other apartments, need felt pads 0n the legs

Hotel good location and easy to get to. Clean with good parking. The rooms are very basic which is okay because price was very reasonable.

Fabulous pool and nearby garden with bird wildlife. Apartment was well appointed and spotlessly clean. WiFi was reliable. Cleaning staff offered to change linens/towels daily. Cleaning solution scent used caused a headache on arrival. WiFi codes were limited and we could not connect all devices. Sofa bed is short and was not comfortable for a 180cm person.

Very clean facilities and apartment. Sheets, kitchen and bathroom were all very clean upon arrival. The overall property is very nice and pleasant. A grocery store is right at the entrance so very convenient to buy groceries or items you might need during your stay. Building was being painted and the entrance to our apartment was littered with paper and tape, trash, etc. Couches had torn cushions and were stained. The sofabed was quite uncomfortable. Shower had a half-glass door that wouldn't stay shut which resulted in it being impossible to keep the bathroom from flooding. This was especially gross as water pooled and spread from around and behind the toilet to everywhere you stepped after showering. A mop was in the bathroom, but no bucket so you could squeeze out the water.

East to navigate, clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The bed was just a tad small. The only “complaint “. Everything else was great

Spacious apartment in a quiet setting. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. We loved the location and was very close to a grocery store. We stayed for 3 nights and were told that after 3 days they change towels but on the second day housekeeping was at the door asking if we needed fresh towels, a garbage bag and toilet paper!

Rick hard beds!

The beds were very hard. They could make an effort to put basic stuff in the kitchen (oil, salt...) and bathroom (shampoo...).

Pleasant stay, location somewhat out of town but walkable (.20 mins) to main streets and restaurants. Accommodation very clean and close to pool area.
