Didn't care for the riff faff in the parking lot! Not my type of place

I had the suit, cleanliness was okay. They didn't take out the trash or replace towels the last 3 days. I had to go down to ask for new towels, toilet paper and take out thw trash.

Check in was ok they were in the middle of training. The room had bad lighting in half of it. One lamp the bulb was blown and the other one flickered. Rented this specific room for the jacuzzi and it was old and had cracks in the ceramic as well as burns from previous people who stayed there. Upon checking to see if we had everything we dicovered there was blood splattered the mirror and wall behind the jacuzzi so probably better we couldn't use it. Definitely will not rent here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was sufficient. Coffee at empty no cream silverware so flimsy you couldn’t even eat the waffle with it.

Staff was nice but our room was a nightmare. The floor was filthy. There was a hole in the floor. My husband had to fix the toilet. It would only flush every other one

The check in staff was great very professional, the check out staff was horrible, was too engrossed in cleaning up an issue in breakfast saw me twice at front desk, no acknowledgment. The room- the box spring on bed was broken in two places, the frame was not correct size, the room AC plug was splissed together with cooper wire exposed. The toilet was leaking into the bowl all night long, the shower had extensive type 1 mold on all or the grout and caulk. Would not recommend staying here again

My experience was decent, I am a traveling craft show vendor and stay at lot of hotels. This hotel was relatively clean and quiet ( besides the person above me) . After 12 hours of being on my feet and in the heat, I am ready for bed.

I’m genuinely surprised to see some of the negative reviews because that hasn’t been my experience at all. The hotel is clean, well-kept, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and helpful. One of my favorite things is the location. It’s tucked away just enough that it feels quiet and relaxing, while still being close to restaurants, gas stations, and shopping. I’ve enjoyed my stays here and would recommend it to others.

The lady at check in was being super rude to the girl who was training. The room was really gross / dated and we chose not to stay overnight. Creepy dude in parking lot and the lobby, staff just allows them to harass other guests.

Room was overpriced, pictures on Expedia are very misleading!

The room were dirty with unpleasant odors. and the beddings were disappointing. there were merely a very thin blankets with no extra covers available won't choose your hotel again and will warm all my friends to avoid it

Stay away, sheets are stained and had burn holes, not a clean place to stay at all
