Breakfast was good. A little odd as we had to walk over to another hotel directly next door and the breakfast was there. The A/C was locked or broken as we hit the buttons and it wouldn’t change temp or anything like that so even in May the room was uncomfortably at night. But we weren’t there long and didn’t ask staff because we were there only for a short time so maybe it could’ve been fixed easily.

Breakfast was amazing, and the refill happened at a good pace. I will definitely revisit if wanted to go to Georgia The room had a king bed, but I would prefer a single mattress instead 2 next to each other.

Clean hotel and nice staff. We had to go to airport early and they offered us a boxed breakfast which was very nice.

We loved the staff. Amazingly accommodating at arrival at 1:00am and made us feel very welcome. Zura and Even were fantastic. Additionally, the breakfast was plentiful and wnjoy by whole family.

The photos of the hotel looked completely different from what I found in reality. The room had an unbearable smell, so I had to keep the balcony door open, which made the creaking of the room door disturb me all night. The phone in the room did not work, so I couldn’t contact reception for any help. The room itself was dirty, old, and clearly in need of renovation. There was no coffee, no water, no bathrobe, no toothbrushes, no soap… I won’t even continue the list. Regarding breakfast, at check-in no one informed me where or when it was served. In the morning I went out at 11:00 and it took me about 5 minutes to even find the dining area, only to be told that breakfast was over and I couldn’t eat anything. This was despite the fact that the food was still there, not yet cleared away, and the staff themselves were eating. With just a bit of goodwill, they could have at least offered me a plate, but unfortunately they only offered coffee. Also, in the booking photos it was clearly shown that the room included bathrobes, but the staff told me that bathrobes were not provided for my room type. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The restaurant located above us was playing a loud music till 0:30 AM. With a total absence of soundproofing, it wasn’t fun at all. The staff said, they couldn’t help. If you happen to get a room on the 6th floor, you are almost guaranteed to stay awake until they finish. The rooms are not equipped with the basic stuff. Check the clothes hangers on the screenshot. It’s a joke.
