New Tiflis Hotel

704 The room needs maintenance. There's a water leak in the bathroom, from inside the shower area to the outside, and I informed the hotel management, but they haven't fixed it. There's a bad smell coming from inside the bathroom, like a sewer. There's also a water leak from the ceiling in the corridor on the seventh floor, and we informed the hotel management, but nothing has been done. The only good thing is the cleaning; the cleaning staff are very good

Our room had a small leak in the lateral glass wall when it rained.

First of all - location, it was very convenient for me and my child. There is lot of shops around, groceries, pharmacies, money change. It's also quite street and not far from the center. Breakfast was reasonable, good enough (don't know why there is so many negative reviews about it :-) ) Room is really clean and all the surroundings. Housekeeping team is doing great job. It is actually shining hotel, not even a single dust. I'm working in hotel business in my country and I salute housekeeping manager))) Reception and manager were kind and attentive for all the requests. View from the rooms and dining room are exceptional! This is my 3rd time in Tbilisi and I think I found hotel where I want to come back my next visit. There is nothing like that. All the requests I had were solved immediately

First of all bad service You can’t close the As from your room you should go to reception and ask him to close it I was sleeping and I call more than 10 times the reception to close the As no one answer When I go to him he was sleeping If you lost the card of the room you pay 40 gl I will never visit this hotel again ever for free !!!

The location as very good and the price was good I booked 2 room with king size bed but they gave us one room and the other one wasn’t available till 6 pm so bad not clean and the shower door was open to the bathroom . That room was not comfortable at all .

The staff members exhibited a commendable level of friendliness and approachability. Several staff members were proficient in English, which facilitated communication. Overall, the quality of food and the hygiene standards of the establishment prior to my stay were satisfactory The accommodations are outdated, resulting in numerous water stains and inadequate noise cancellation, leading to poor voice isolation from external street noise. Additionally, the refrigerator did not function effectively for scheduling room service. There was a lack of variety in the breakfast menu, and the absence of a smart television option in my room was notably disappointing. Furthermore, my room was missing a set of court amenities.

Location Breakfast was bad, I stayed for 3 days and there was no toaster and had to eat soggy bread. Mo proper shampoo, no rooms as promised

I stayed here for 3 nights and they were bad. The hotel is very sad boring and with no proper room service available there. First the breakfast in the hotel is either the leftover from yesterday's breakfast or frozen cold food or croissants. And there is nothing they can offer for breakfast. Room service is very slowm not many ppl check in the hotel so really dull. Not enough staff available in the hotel. We had to change our room due to bad heater and broken curtain. Don't stay in the hotel it is very disappointing.

Good location. Easy to get. Good beds. The first room provided to us was filled with a very strong aroma. We found burnt holes on the curtains and suspected that a previous visitor had been smoking, with the hotel trying to hide the smoke using this aroma. Moreover, there were strange streaks on the ceiling, probably the consequence of flooding. The towels were of poor quality as they were torn at the edges. When I asked to replace the room, the hotel manager started offering me more expensive rooms instead. Finally, a room of the same category was provided which was acceptable except for the same towel quality and very used furniture.

Amazing rooms. Brilliantly oriented and built. So many facilities. Very great breakfast with a lot of variety. Loved it. Wished I could stay more than 1 day. Nothing at all.

The room was big for our family. Was very delighted with the extra space. The room got very hot in the night and we couldn't reduce the temperature.
