4 stars hotel with unique design and 3 stars service but worth the money

It was very clean. Breakfast was amazing: omelet, porridge, sausages, bread, croissants, cheese, vegetables, cottage cheese and sour cream. The view is perfect — you can see the mountains. The staff are very kind and friendly. So, I really like this place.

Biography Design Hotel, Tbilisi – Stay from 17th to 23rd Overall, it’s a good hotel with polite and helpful reception staff, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The rooms are quiet, the Wi-Fi connection is strong, and hot water is available even in the toilet hand showers, which is convenient. Housekeeping was done every day, and fresh towels were provided regularly, which was appreciated. However, the hotel does not offer room service, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Another drawback is that the rooms do not have individual air-conditioning units—only central heating. Rooms facing the east get very hot during the day, making them uncomfortable at times. The complimentary breakfast is the same each day with no variation, so it becomes repetitive during longer stays. Additionally, there is no bellboy or luggage trolley service. Guests have to handle their own luggage during check-in and check-out, which is something the hotel should consider adding.

Very nice hotel overall – friendly staff, very clean. The room was quite big, and with a nice balcony overlooking the city. Bed was very comfy, and all the linens and towels new and good quality. Bathroom appliances unfortunately were on the cheaper side – the tap switch in the shower didn't work well, so the water was running from the tap, when you needed to take a shower, and the LED light in the ceiling was constantly blinking. Breakfast wasn't that good too.

The decoration and the hygiene Very bad breakfast. Tastes old and no hot dishes. Expensive for the modest services. Slow accommodation and they won’t give you an extra towel if you need one without payment

Biography is about a 10 minute drive outside the old city. I specifically chose it because taxis in Tbilisi are cheap and the rooms here are large enough to include a work desk- since I was going to need to do some work on the trip the desk was important to have. The room was large, the bed was comfortable. One possible issue later in the summer is that the room had 2 glass walls so you really need to pull the curtains unless you want to wake up at 5 am. The breakfast was below average at best. Stale croissants, cold food, coffee was OK but nothing more. They really should do better. I can't imagine that they can't get fresh croissants in Tbilisi, this isn't the 1990's.

The staff were respectful and the atmosphere was cozy. The price is economic too. I'd choose this hotel if I travel to Georgia again. The quality of breakfast can be improved.

Mediocre food menu for dinner (few options, which is fine, but the quality is poor) and only one type of wine with which you can easily make vinegar. Breakfast isn't good. Zero food options around. The staff could be friendlier and make an effort. You go to reception to say that something is missing or if they could arrange packed breakfast, and they tell you what you need to do better instead of guiding you through it. I felt there was zero ownership and accountability.

Comfrotable place to stay.

Stay wss comfortable. Staff was very friendly. And helped us with the options of moving around the city. Breakfast could be a bit better with more options. One of the staff members, as an exception, had no clue how to handle customer requests and how to reposed to it. Possibly due to language barrier. Otherwise, no complains :) ?
