ABN Boutique Hotel Tbilisi

I live life on the road, staying in hotels far more than my home. Truth be told, I rarely write reviews, so doing so here tells you just how special ABN Boutique Hotel was to me. This is a Family run hotel, and I have stayed in many similar throughout my travels, meeting many nice Families along the way. I never met a Family so hospital and friendly as the operators of this hotel. The smiles and warmth is nonstop, and I cannot compliment them enough. The breakfast was superb, the room more than comfortable. I cannot compliment the hotel and staff enough. My stay could have been longer, though I will be back soon!

Light in the room can be brighter

The hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations, thanks to the staff! Due to the purpose of my travel, I needed to check in at 1PM (earlier than the default 2PM check in time) and check out at 7AM. The staff was so kind to offer me a breakfast at 7AM even though the default breakfast time was 9AM. Also, after finishing my business I returned to the hotel way after midnight and did not have to wait at the front door as the administrator opened immediately. Thank you for being so attentive and flexible, much appreciated! Another cool thing is that this hotel is very close to the Central Railway Station which is very comfortable for those travelling by train. Three tiny flaws in my room: 1. The floor was cold and no rugs. While in the bathroom, I had to put a towel on the floor and step on it. 2. There was no fan holder so the fan was just laying on the sink and I even swept it to the floor once by accident 3. The window in my room was right next to the pillow, so the cool wind from outside has frozen my nose and ears.

Location, Helpful Staff, Price, value for money. Bed & Pillow unbalanced , dull Room lights, hairdryer not working, very limited breakfast menu.

The room was extremely dirty. There were hairs, crumbs, and visible dirt throughout the space — from the nightstands and bathroom to the floors and even inside the refrigerator. The glasses and tea cups were so dirty they were completely unusable. Overall, cleanliness was at a very low standard. Fortunately, we only stayed for a short time. We arrived late in the evening and checked out by 8:30 the next morning. We did not use the breakfast service. Breakfast is said to be served from 9:00 AM, but there was no option to have it earlier or take it to go, as the cook reportedly arrives only at 9:00. It’s unclear how breakfast can be served at that time if preparation starts only then, which is especially inconvenient for guests who need to check out or leave early.

Nothing He rejected the reservations post confirmation. I travelled all the way for 5 hours to this place and they said you are overbooked pls cancel your booking I was then forced to find another place midnight

The guy at the reception and the guy at the restaurant were mostly amicable, the rest not so much. I don't know if it's because they don't speak English but I didn't feel very welcome. The location was alright, taxis are pretty cheap so reach to the center is quite easy and affordable. My room was located on the ground floor and it was pretty loud all day, so it was difficult to sleep unless you have earplugs, in the morning with the music from reception and in the night with the loud talks in the reception room. The room is alright but not more than that. In fact, their infrastructure is good and it could be better, but that's not the case right now.

Little window in tween room overlooking the wall, it very noisy street and metal gate under the window - so you basically impossible to sleep with an open window. Narrow mattresses on the single beds, synthetic bed linen. But clean and friendly have the breakfast and 24 hours check in. I would say it’s convenient budget hotel working distance to Marganishvilli All was fine, just a good budget hotel. If you don’t expect 5 start for 30 $ - it’s a great choose!
