Very stylish and chic hotel in Tbilisi. Nice bar, great evening restaurant (but it's very popular since it's great, thus the sound of music and chatter till 11 pm). Everything was great.

If you are going for the daylight hours, sleeping at night could be challenging for the lower floor specifically because of the music from the hotel restaurant.

Very cute hotel, super clean, modern and cozy. Very good service, tasty breakfast. We will come back ! It's even better than in the pictures. Very happy with our stay!

Great location, great value

The hotel has a beautiful design, a convenient location, and comfortable rooms. We really appreciated the complimentary wine and desserts for our honeymoon, which was a thoughtful gesture. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed our stay overall. The room was noticeably smaller than it appeared in the online photos. We also stayed for two nights, but our room was not cleaned at all during our stay, which was disappointing.

Artizan Design Hotel exceeded all expectations. The hotel combines beautiful design, exceptional comfort, and genuine Georgian hospitality. The rooms are stylish and immaculate, the staff is attentive and professional, and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. Its location is perfect for exploring Tbilisi, while the restaurants and garden create a unique boutique experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Tbilisi.

Great place ?

Housekeeping and Concierge provided excellent service and made the stay enjoyable. However, the restaurant team would benefit from significant training in both service standards and guest interaction, as the attitude and overall experience did not meet expectations

The location is top-notch. The artistic style of the lobby, how everything is designed, how it all looks, the garden - all of that is really great. And it’s a nice touch that there’s at least some kind of gym too. We were placed in a room that connected to another room through a door. The door was closed, but we could hear every little sound from the other room. It’s not that anyone was being loud - it just felt like they were right there in our room with us. We weren’t happy with this, and at first we were refused any kind of move. Only when I said I wanted a refund - that we were checking out now and would look for another hotel - did they offer a downgrade to a different room, one with a smaller bed. And for that downgrade, they offered to bring us Georgian wine, which they then never brought. Overall, there was a smell of smoke throughout the hallways and pretty much everywhere - except inside the room itself, thankfully, which we’re grateful for.
