The operator, not clean the breakfast was really bad no any options, the food was cold, the room was not clean, my room doesn’t have drinkable water I have to buy

Receptionist was supportive person. Hot and cold water was available in washrooms. Luggage cabins were ok. Room temperature was ok. If you asked me i will give a very honest feedback. Before going to Georgia, i was checking feedback for every hotel. Most of the comments were deleted. So now i came to know if you put the realistic feedback they will delete your review. No proper view — large trees completely block the front. From the balcony, only about 15% on the left side shows a bridge and a building. Mattress was dirty at the corner (noticed when the white cover slipped off even i didn’t check full because it was already paid and i was not in the mode of taking risk to discuss with them). Very limited breakfast space on the 1st floor near the reception. Only four small tables by the window; one kept “reserved” by an old manager without using it. I had to share a table with another guest. The next morning, the same manager’s friend was eating directly from the buffet with his hands — very unhygienic and disappointing. TV in the room worked one day, then stopped again. It remained unfixed for the next three days despite complaints. Receptionist was polite and supportive.

Location was great and price also, I there was no damaged facilities, like bathroom door was not closing. There was a pre-payment. I paid and entered the room. After unpacking my belongings, I soon needed the bathroom and noticed serious issues: the bathroom door wouldn’t close at all and was very difficult to move, and inside, part of the wall was open with exposed, dirty pipes visible through a window-like opening. I immediately called the property, but no one answered. Then I went down to the administrator. Instead of listening to me, he became defensive and said, “The room was okay, maybe you damaged it.” This is far below any acceptable service standard and not how customers should be treated. I insisted he come see the room, and once he confirmed the problem, he told me, “We have no other room and we can’t refund you. Once you step into the room, you can’t cancel.” I later spoke with the hotel manager, but received the same dismissive attitude and unfriendly treatment. Rather than offering help, they seemed only interested in keeping my payment for a damaged room. The entire experience felt unfair and like a scam.

The receptionist and staff are very accommodating ? The bed is very comfy and room is huge! Love it. You get to have view of the river! Breakfast can be improved. It's good but very small serving (yes very small serving ?) and I felt being judged whenever I bring food to my table ? haha. I'm a huge breakfast person sorry ???

Nice rooms and yard. The location is a bit awkward - a bit far to the toustic spots and is on a busy road. Breakfast is poor.

Rooms are spacious. Supplies are generous. Poor breakfast. Too noisy on second floor. Location is a bit bizarre as it is not located in the most walking-friendly neighborhood.

Location and room was excellent. Breakfast was less than avarage. Everything was market items. Boiled egg was green cause of early boiled and variety of food was very low. Such country in Georgia, why we ate market bread? Georgia is baking country...

Very delicious breakfast - literally the best food quality in Tbilisi. Very comfortable beds. Facilities are modern and feel like new. Comfortable working place Property is near big highway. So it is a little bit noisy at night.
