Emis Hotel

Loved this place! My friend and I stayed only for one night, but would have loved to stay more. The owners were super kind and accommodating. The facilities were comfortable and clean. Nice kitchen. The WiFi was good. We had companionship and entertainment (as well as a full tour of the place) from our sweet, adorable six year old neighbor, Masha, who we adored. As well as Thomas the cat (he was only outside and kept to himself). If that all wasn’t enough, there was a bakery on the premises! You could go and watch the bread being baked in the clay oven, and eat all the bread you could ever want (for one or two lari, I don’t remember now). Unfortunately there was a city power outage on the day that we were leaving, so we didn’t have WiFi to book our next set of plans. But one of the staff members let us use his phone as a hotspot so we could get things booked (and get on our way).

Bike friendly. The room is large and clean with a good bathroom. There is a separate kitchen where you can cook. The hostess is very hospitable, thank you very much!

This hotel is like home ? lovely couple of owners are helpful and positive. We loved sitting out on terrace mornings and evenings, and the kitchen has everything to cook ur own meal ? The host picked up my mom from the airport at 3.30 am, for a very attractive price ? this object is highly advised! Nothing

The location is very nice and feels like being at home. The staff is a family, all of them lovely people.

The family who runs it are incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. I loved everything.

It's near Ortachala Bus Station. The room is clean and spacious. The owner and his family are super nice. I arrived late and there's no problem at all. Highly recommend! Nothing

Exceptional

A hidden, quiet island, a small hotel with smooth comfort in the busy Ortochala region of Tblisi. The rooms are tidy and meticulosly clean, each with an own entrance from a small garden with grapes. The kitchen is in a separate building with a huge terrace on the top, nice view on the hills around. As some flecks: in the kitchen detergent for washing was empty. There was also a ironing facility in the kitchen-corner, which is great, but maybe other guests have burnt some clothes, so the iron was not suitable for white shirts, it had some durt on the iron.

I liked everything, the location, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel room, the professionalism of the hotel owners. Mr. Emzar and Madame Lolita are super!

Fair price The curtain is transparent please refer the attached picture. It was really lack of privacy and caused us easily wake up early inthe morning. However the property owner did not consider this as a problem and claimed that no other guests had this problem. It did not cost too much to buy a curtain but obviously the property owner was reluctant to do so. I will leave this comment as a truth for other guests' consideration.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Location of the hotel is good, not far from center, shops are within walking distance. Will be coming back for future trips.

Great owners, nice bed, AC was working and correctly placed, a cozy inner area. I felt really welcomed here, even though it was a last minute booking. The supermarket nearby is really convenient. The 6th room doesn't have a mountain view (you should open the window and really lean out of it) and no proper curtains (only tulle)
