The location is great, I loved the balcony, and staff are very friendly and fulfilled all our requests It was not clear from the photos that the bathroom does not have a proper shower, so when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet and that is a bit annoying, especially for a longer stay, so please be aware of this

The staff rocked! They were very kind and accomadating . It was a little far the old city, but very near dry bridge so that was very nice.

The location is great as it is right next to the dry bridge and next to a bunch of nice restaurants/cafes. The room was of nice size and it had a great balcony overlooking the street. So when it was sunny, the sun would come into the room in the morning. The place also had a nice shared kitchen space and laudrette service. Since the hotel is located on a main street, it can be quite noisy at night and the walls are not fully soundproof. However, most of the nearby restaurants close by midnight, so only an issue if you want to sleep early. The bathroom was on the small size but still adequate for solo traveller.

Some damaged flooring was a little dangerous.

Room is a bit small, but it’s fine — it has heating. I checked in on the 12th. The guest in Room 6 next door was quite noisy. When I asked her to keep it down, she was very rude The soundproofing is a bit poor.

Too many stairs, no one help with the luggage when we arrived

The location is perfect, host is amazing, you can cook your own food, many restaurants are few steps away. From airport it will take around 35 Gel by cab or 1.5 Gel if you take bus. Metro card is not required to buy tickets, some cab driver may scam you at the airport. Bolt is safe option for cab.

We didn’t do much research before choosing this hotel based on the positive comments here and we were not disappointed at all. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great. There is a mini fridge, kettle and TV in the room. Wifi is fast. My only complaint is that there is no dedicated shower area but given the price it’s not a big deal.
