It is not a hotel. Its a sharing space within a house.

The host is super friendly and welcoming. She takes cash and introduces you about the neighborhood. The location is quite easy to find, as you just take the 301 bus to Tbilisi center. Not noisy but quite quiet. The balcony of this room is super good and you feel the breeze after a somewhat hot day. A true bargain to stay in Tbilisi and would definately recommend Golden Way to everyone traveling to or staying in Tbilisi. Nothing really. Some of the other guests from Russia are not so friendly. But this has nothing to do with this property.

Location is close to M/S isani . Just a bus ride . In m/s isani you will get everything food, Money exchange and sim card. My hostess was very kind and helpful towards me. Also, they gave me 2 double size bed. Everything was clean. And they let me check in late at night. They provided me kitchen facility as well. Thanks a lot for hosting me. I highly recommend her place.Due to lack of time I forgot to place banana skin to the garbage bin. Hopefully, she didn't mind. And I hope I have been a good guest to her. Thank you. Everything was perfect.

The hotel owner is a nice and friendly person. Room with balcony on 2nd floor was quite good. There is one common kitchen for everyone with a large refrigerator, but I didn’t use it. This place cannot be called a hotel, in fact it is a small dorm because the toilet with shower is in a separate room, not in the room and it felt like I was back in a student dormitory. At first I lived in a room on the second floor and it was fine (except for the super thin glass door and not so comfortable bed), but then I was asked to move to a room on the first floor (I wish I didn't agree to this) and it was really terrible. There you will hear creaky stairs, someone preparing food (including at night, 2-3 am), children always screaming in the courtyard and there is no air conditioning. The toilet and shower on the ground floor are also terribly inconvenient for tall people and the room was dusty, with old bed linen and without any cleaning during the entire stay.

Fantastic value run by a lovely family. Clean and spacious room with excellent WiFi. Bus 301 very convenient for town centre. Big Fresco supermarket right nearby and a corner shop together with a great bread bakery making Georgian bread in clay oven. Our second visit after staying 3 years ago.

Superb

Spacious and very comfortable bedroom, kitchen and bathroom facilities all in good working order and everything very clean. Location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, rather than one of the tourist areas, but also in easy reach from Ortachala station and its long-distance bus journeys, which made it perfect for us :)

The price with the Booking discount is relatively low. Right next to the hotel is a 24/7-working good supermarket and a bus stop. The interior is not bad - there is an air conditioner, and clean furniture. The attitude from the personnel was not okay. A room for 2 people was booked, while only 1 person (my wife) stayed there. She asked if her mother can stay with her for a week in the same apartment, and got an answer that it is okay. But after several days the hostess started being agressive towards her, accusing her of "living without paying for 2 weeks" (while only several days passed, and there was a negotiation that she can live there for a week free of charge, because the apartment is meant for 2 people anyway). The hostess tried to charge an extra amount of money several times, being quite agressive. It was very unpleasant; and of course no apologies or no even trying to solve the conflict from their side. When leaving the hotel, my wife also forgot an electric toothbrush (not the cheapest one), and when she contacted the hotel the next day, they told her that "they found it in the trash", and "don't know how it happened". It's obviously not true, because my wife left it in the bathroom and just 1 day passed since then. They just threw it away immediately instead of contacting us, and can not even admit it. About the hotel itself: The bathroom is not individual, and is a shared one, which is not convenient and not very hygienic... It's also quite noisy during the entire day - someone is constantly talking very loud, or kids are playing in the yard, or something else. It is only slightly quiet at night. The Wifi was broken several days in a row. The rooms are not cleaned very often, the cost of using a washing machine is 5 GEL. P.S. After I posted this review, the owner contacted me, saying that I should delete the review or they "call the booking office and tell them how dirty my wife lived, so they publish it", attaching a random photo of a toilet covered in excrements. Is it really okay for them to try to blackmail me with this? This is ridiculous...

The most comfortable bed in Tbilisi. The staff are also very friendly.

The place is very homely. Comfortable beds and clean toilet. Very fresh air. In hindsight, I probably should've asked the host for some grapes that she was growing? The entrance is a little hard to find but the owner did come and find us so it was okay. Would've been great if the toilet was private but it's still a pretty good place.
