So so. The staff is the real problem here. On the check-out date, the staff was an old guy who did not speak English. That's okay but he didn't try to communicate with me in the good manner. I was asking for the place to store my luggage, and he misled me for the additional expense unless I put it in the middle of the hall. Furthermore, he made a phone call to me at 10:58 AM to make sure that I will check out by 11 AM. Why was he this urgent ? This is totally rude and not courteous. Please consider the training for this person.

The room was quite clean and the location convenient. I was a bit disappointed on check-out day. I was leaving for the airport at 2:30. I was not given a late check-out option; however, I was provided with the option of leaving my bag in the lobby while I went for breakfast. When I came back to collect my bag, the person at the front desk seemed annoyed I asked to sit on the patio for about 20 minutes.

The room was spacious and clean. Heating facility worked well. The staff are nice and very helpful. Hotel location is quite near to the Metro station. No lifts. But the staff helped carry by baggage. Thanks.

Had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect. Great amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Well they don't understand English They won't provide you any dental kits Their breakfast is worst in the tblisi it's just ( bread ) and ground coffee ( but might make you an omelette if you ask nicely) They don't have lift (but they will help you get your stuff in room)

The property’s location is great and there are stores, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The staff is very hospitable, checked what time we arrived & accomodated our requests.The bed was very comfortable & the bathroom was well equipped. Everything was great, however, the lights in the room could’ve been a bit brighter especially at night.

The room was cozy However, the repair work is pretty old and needs some renovation. The walls are thin and you could hear the neighbours talking whole night.
