No AC in the kids room.

The receptionist was friendly, kind, and always smiling. The breakfast was delicious. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Clean and convenient Nothing

They dont have alevator its a big problem And the sun comes directrly to youre room

The property was good all in all. Its location was good as well. At first glance, the room seemed spotlessly clean, but after some time I realized it wasn’t quite so flawless. Under the bed, it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was made up every day. The breakfast is of medium variety but every day has different things incorporating also local dishes which I really appreciated. The view from my balcony was great. There is a bar on the roof with vegan / vegetarian choices, nice staff and beautiful views. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room and balcony were both spacious. The walls in the room would need an extra hand of painting. Looks a bit worn and shabby.

The room is really good and the view was perfect, one comment is that the bathroom was clean but there was an inappropriate smell in it, it seems coming from the sewer lines Everything was perfect, the stuff and the breakfast was delicious and diverse, each day different food

The tour guide Mika was amazing ? I enjoyed the trip

It’s clean and cozy hotel with very polite, kind and welcoming staff. The view of our room was awesome. One of the closest hotels to Sameba church and also it's close to some grocery stores and one good rate exchange. The breakfast is also very good and has many options to start our days. The only thing that makes it 9.9/10 is our bed, which is combined from two single beds, and it feels when you are in center of bed. But the bed itself was so comfortable.

Clean, comfort, tasty food!, no parking

The hotel is not located in the very center, but it’s within a reasonable distance. The main concerns are cleanliness and maintenance. The property feels old and poorly kep, for example the carpets are extremely dirty, making the atmosphere uncomfortable.

Location is good as its close to main city Poor facilities and unhelpful staff. No one to help With luggage when lift is out of service. No urgency to help the guests. It is what is is, you booked your loss.

Everyday the room was cleaned, fresh towels layed out and a bottle of water offered. The breakfast was made fresh and always different making it something to look forward to with curiosity. We were never disappointed. I also liked the fact that there was always a friendly staff member at the front desk 24/7 because our flights arrived during the wee hours of the morning. Last but not least, the swimming pool is open 24/7 for a refreshing dip after a hot day of sightseeing. Perhaps the only thing to mention is the location since there is an uphill walk from the river but on the other hand, it’s next to the Holy Trinity Church and the view from rooms and terrace is fantastic.

Location is good and staff is so supportive and professional. No elevators so tough for guests to carry luggage up and down.

The room was very spacious and clean. The rooftop was just breathtaking and the pool was super fun! Not enough cluttery at the kitchen. But we managed;) The surrounding of the hotel is a bit broken but so is most of Tbilisi streets.

We had good breakfast as well There was a foul sewage smell coming from the bathroom we had too keep it shut The swimming pool wasn't heated as advertised

The bed sunk and was uncomfortable.
